Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena porque esta muy cerca del palacio, pero no tanto como para que el ruido sea una molestia. Es muy destacable la amabilidad y hospitalidad del personal del hotel, eso es un 10/10. Hay un supermercado pegado al hotel muy bien surtido que nos vino muy bien envarias ocasiones.

Friendly and helpful staff, but way overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff - carried our luggage up several flights of stairs as no lift. Modern room but general state of the building and grounds was poor. Location to Old Town and being able to park our car.

Cons:

The hotel is situated within an older building and the general upkeep wasn’t what we expected. Parking was advertised but we had to then pay an additional €20 per night.

Le personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins.
Pros:

L’accueil, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner qui est très très bon et servi dans la chambre.
La chambre très bien.

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche qui fait mal , la télévision qui ne donne pas accès à Netflix.

I already stayed here for the second time and would choose this hotel all over again - the staff is so helpful and lovely, they really love what they do! Nice rooms, jacuzzi is super comfortable and the location is great too. There's a supermarket next to the building and it's a 10min walk to the port, the station, the old town.

Nous avons surpris et déçus de l’hôtel Héritage à Split trouvé par booking. L’immeuble est vétuste, pas de petit déjeuner en salle, le rapport qualité prix est loin de nos attentes : 375 € par nuit pour ce niveau de prestation c’est du jamais vu. Nous commençons vraiment à être déçu par booking car cela s’ajoute à notre réservation du mois de mars à Athènes où le niveau de l’hôtel était déjà très moyen.

Számunkra fontos volt a kikötő közelsége, ezért választottuk ezt a szállodát.

Cons:

Értem, hogy kicsi szállodáról beszélünk, de a reggelihez tartozó szobaszerviz inkább a kényszer szülte megoldás, mintsem plusz szolgáltatás. Ebből adódóan leszűkült a választási lehetőségünk.

Beeindruckend!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Durch die familiäre Atmosphäre haben meine Freundin und ich uns als 2 junge Frauen sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Top Lage und ein schönes Zimmer, welches nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ. Gerne wieder!

Pros:

Staff were so kind and helpful. They greeted us on arrival, helped us with bags, helped check in and showed us our rooms. I give a 10 for the staff.
Location is great, just near ferry and riva. You can walk anywhere.

Cons:

I wasnt sure of hotel facilities like where to get breakfast, but it wasnt a big deal as we went out. Lots of places near by.
