Cons:

Nous avons surpris et déçus de l’hôtel Héritage à Split trouvé par booking. L’immeuble est vétuste, pas de petit déjeuner en salle, le rapport qualité prix est loin de nos attentes : 375 € par nuit pour ce niveau de prestation c’est du jamais vu. Nous commençons vraiment à être déçu par booking car cela s’ajoute à notre réservation du mois de mars à Athènes où le niveau de l’hôtel était déjà très moyen.

Számunkra fontos volt a kikötő közelsége, ezért választottuk ezt a szállodát.

Cons:

Értem, hogy kicsi szállodáról beszélünk, de a reggelihez tartozó szobaszerviz inkább a kényszer szülte megoldás, mintsem plusz szolgáltatás. Ebből adódóan leszűkült a választási lehetőségünk.

Beeindruckend!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Durch die familiäre Atmosphäre haben meine Freundin und ich uns als 2 junge Frauen sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Top Lage und ein schönes Zimmer, welches nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ. Gerne wieder!

Pros:

Staff were so kind and helpful. They greeted us on arrival, helped us with bags, helped check in and showed us our rooms. I give a 10 for the staff.
Location is great, just near ferry and riva. You can walk anywhere.

Cons:

I wasnt sure of hotel facilities like where to get breakfast, but it wasnt a big deal as we went out. Lots of places near by.

We stayed for just one night at the Heritage Hotel, but it was an utterly flawless experience. Right from the moment we checked in, the hospitality was top-notch—we were even surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful gesture and made our stay together extra special!
A special shout-out to Mario, who was amazingly kind and helpful. He took the time to give us fantastic recommendations on the best things to see in Split, where to eat, and great local tips to make the absolute most of our short time here.
The hotel itself is charming, beautifully kept, and spotless. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing time and would return in a heartbeat.
Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A romantic and comfortable stay in a charming historic building with beautiful views.
Pros:

Beautiful historic building with lots of character. The room was spacious, cool and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a great bathtub. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the views were beautiful. It was a very romantic place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time there :-)

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was having to climb quite a few stairs to reach the hotel. However, the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, so it wasn’t a problem at all and didn’t affect our stay.
