Recent renovation of an older residential property in a great location in the upper town close (easy walking distance) to all of the heritage sites and with a direct (free) bus up from the main city square. Stylish modern interior, spacious bedroom with beamed ceiling, lovely breakfast room with a fantastic buffet. Wonderful little terrace overlooking the old town. Terrific attention from all staff, in particular our receptionist, who took a great interest in our plans and gave really valuable advice and information

Staff with very good english welcomes you like a family member. Hospitality from arrive until leave. Took care of me as at home. Staying here to get genuine feeling of Zagreb. You are the focus of top level service.

Modern design, clean rooms, nice bathroom, good air conditioning and ventilation. Everything smells fresh. The beds are large and comfortable, with quality pillows. Minibar with drinks.

Located in a quiet area at the top of the old city, yet close to restaurants and sightseeings. Big elevator. Small hotel with unforgettable experience. Highly recommended, don’t miss it.

Special thanks to Vanessa for preparing breakfast for me every morning to take away before the regular breakfast started at 6:30. She even accompanied me to the taxi at the last minute when I was leaving.

The hotel is elegant, the rooms are crisp & clean with nice bed linen & all conveniences. The little terrace is a peaceful serene space. The sauna is fantastic. The staff could not be more helpful & kind. An excellent hotel.

We stayed in Zagreb for the first time as a couple over Easter. Perfect location in the Old Town, with all the highlights just a 5- to 10-minute walk away. An incredibly charming and tastefully decorated room, with an attentive and friendly staff. A delicious and varied breakfast (not your standard international breakfast) and a terrace with the most beautiful view of the Old Town! We would come back anytime :)

Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Sauna.sehr schön und Frühstück außergewöhnlich.

Ich reise das ganze Jahr über beruflich und suche für meine Übernachtungen besondere Orte, wo man sich willkommen fühlt und auch in einem besonderen Umfeld zur Ruhe kommen kann. Genau so einen Ort habe ich mit diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel gefunden. Ich habe dieses Hotel nun schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht und bin schlichtweg begeistert und überzeugt vom außergewöhnlich freundlichen Personal, den modernen und außergewöhnlich gestalteten Zimmern und dem Frühstücksbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Haus ist klein, ruhig und vermeintlich abgelegen in der oberen Altstadt von Zagreb gelegen, aber alles ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Ich bin hier rundum zufrieden und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Empfehlung.

Vanessa, Emerson and all the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautifully presented - as was everything else. The attention to detail was one of the best I have encountered in a hotel.
