Overall, this hotel was a disappointing experience and does not live up to the expectations of a 5-star Hilton property.

There are many additional charges beyond the originally booked price, which makes the stay feel overpriced and misleading. For a 5-star hotel, one naturally expects a much higher level of service and attention to detail.

After just the first day, there was already a visible layer of dust underneath the bed, which is simply unacceptable at this standard. Another inconsistency was the coffee setup: one room only had instant coffee, while the room next door was equipped with a proper coffee machine and noticeably better coffee, despite both rooms being in the same category.

We paid extra for an “exclusive” room, but the second window front was facing a run-down building and concrete walls. This means the window had to remain closed most of the time, making the additional charge feel unjustified.

Furthermore, the hot and cold labels at the sink were incorrectly marked, which is a basic maintenance issue that should not happen in a luxury hotel.

The outdoor pool was not filled or in operation, which was another major disappointment.

All in all, this felt more like a rip-off than a genuine 5-star hotel experience. The interior design and the indoor pool are indeed beautiful, but unfortunately that alone does not make up for the poor value and service.
