Food on the floors , hallways, dogs barking, lights in room did not work, upon arrival to room , the window was fully open, the breakfast area had a pile of disgusting food from previous breakfast prior to check in , was still there the next morning.
Limited breakfast items some unrepaired bathroom items ( towel bar pulled off, no cover on light fixture.
It’s an older hotel but it was cheap and clean.
Only place in town that has rooms the last two weeks that I've been there.
Breakfast, didn’t eat. Looked extremely and barely basic. No back on tv remote, couldn't read remote buttons, worn off. Room darkening curtain, but not completely hung up. Enough to keep light out. Only dead bolt, no chain on door. Bedding was clean. Very small pillows. Bathroom...looked clean, but you soaked your feet, up to ankles when you took a shower. Sink same, drained very, very, very slow. Towel i used had small stain, but had been washed. Very dark outside when i arrived. I grew up there and remember when it was built and know exactly where it is, yet I drove by it as i I was looking around (10p.m.). Hit the grade school about 6 blocks away and realized i had to turn around. Stayed there 12 years ago and was still okay. Definitely not what it used to be and will not stay there again even for the lower price. Disappointing to say the least.
There was coffee but no breakfast food. The tables in my room were dirty but the rest of it wasn't too bad for cleanliness. The room temp was comfortable, the AC never turns off though...
Air conditioner unit was filled with mold. As was the bathroom. Slept with the window open and the AC unplugged as it wouldn’t shut off otherwise. Key card kept failing.
All hotels were sold out…. influx of construction workers needing a place to sleep, so w were told. Anyways, we went to Holiday Inn but they were sold out. The front desk called 4-5 other than establishments but sold outfor us, but all sold out but one; and she just shook her head, as it to say, beware.
Old worn out and dirty
Room 332 - the sink trap leaked and the water dripped out and sewer gas entered the room. I placed a wet towel in the sink to stop the sewer gas from coming in to the room.
Person yelling right outside our window at 11pm making sleeping impossible. Breakfast was very minimal.
The property is run down. Missing light fixtures and electrical outlet covers. My room had a terrible odor , so bad that I had to be moved. My towels were dirty. When I checked in, I went to my room and found the conditions. I asked for a refund and was denied. They moved me to another room. Which was better, but not good. I i wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was definitely way overpriced for the conditions. They advertise breakfast, but it's far from a breakfast at any other Hotel.
Attendant never checked my id when i checked in, tub didnt drain, outlets were a fire hazard-looked like xmas vacation,
Dated furnishings. Queen sized beds were missing the cover over the box springs.
Vinyl near the tub has gotten wet over the years and is pulled up. Carpet appeared vacuumed. horizontal surfaces were smeary. Staff was somewhat distant perhaps understaffed? Continental breakfast was a bare minimum. No fruit such as Bananas or Apples were present. The building is dated and needs a lot of cosmetic work, inside and outside. Abandoned items litter the perimeter of the building. The hotel is located near an active train route. The train blasts it's horn at 3:35 AM each of the 4 days we stayed there. I would not recommend this location.
Room had an interesting odor and the tub didn’t drain while showering.
The tv had no reception and it was reported, no hangers, and no hair dryer.
Was a good stat
Overall it was an okay experience. The room was clean but clearly very outdated. It must have been a nice place 40 years ago. The walls needed paint and the flooring could use a refresh. There was a strong food odor in the entryway and halls but not in the room thankfully. I would not likely choose to stay again but it would do in a pinch.
Tv set not working and no refrigerator
