Good room, horrible and lazy front desk personnel
Pros:

Very good breakfast selections and quality. Room was very clean and comfortable. The provided shuttle bus to the village center was very convenient.

Cons:

The 2nd day of our stay, the cleaning staff missed our room entirely, not emptying the trashcan, refreshing the coffee items, and changing out our towels. When we came back from the day's events, I personally went to the front desk, informed them of the situation, and asked if someone could go up and take out our trash and provide 2 sets of new towels. They hesitated at first to help, but, then assured me that someone would come up, empty our trash and provide new towels. No one ever came up. What a horrible night staff. Why would a hotel with your reputation let lazy and non responsive employees ruin your image?
