Perfect hotel when visiting campus
Pros:

Location was perfect being right on Main Street and being walkable to everything

Cons:

Having to pay for parking.
Also the entrance on the front is weird as have to go up stairs and then go through bar. It's confusing

Cons:

The breakfast was so-so. No hash browns were left, no butter for the toast. Bacon fell apart. But it is complimentary so hard to complain

No hot water
Cons:

The was no hot water for the entire evening through our stay. It was fixed at 8am -after we'd checked out. They said they couldn't refund our money because it was booked through Booking.com and that I'd need to make my complaint through your company.

An excellent stay at an extremely well run, comfortable hotel. we love it.
Pros:

Location is perfect- the outdoor bar is lovely and the staff are welcoming, helpful and proffesional.

Cons:

The eggs at breakfast were tasty, but very cold. the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with refilling the coffee urns and the hot water, so I wasn't able to have tea with breakfast.

Clean, well-managed property with very pleasant/helpful staff.

They have to get the heat under control.
Pros:

Everything was fine. But the heat in the room was locked in at 75 degrees and I sweated all night long. Could not lower it. It's winter. I wanted to turn it down. Ridiculous.
