Pros:

Fabulous design inside lobby and restaurant. The rooms were quiet and cozy. The staff was so helpful and got us recommendations to some of the best in Asheville. The best burger in town!

Decent place for the cost would have been better if there weren't the additional added costs.
Pros:

Very Clean Mod hotel. Decent location overall, facilities were well maintained and kept up. Nice rooftop bar with a nice view. Bartenders were friendly and helpful and paid attention to our needs.

Cons:

You will have to pay an additional $16 for parking near the hotel if you are lucky to get a parking space or you will have to park away and STILL pay for parking and then walk a bit to get to the hotel.. Another issue is you will have to buy ice. If i am paying over $245 for a room FREE ice should be included.

Funky hotel with awkward layout.
Pros:

The location was good for us because we wanted to be near the River Arts district. I liked the funky art vibe. The last day the weather was good enough to go on the rooftop bar. The bathroom was spacious and attractive.

Cons:

The room layout was awkward. It was dark as you entered the room. Black walls and low lighting. The space between the bed and the tv was a bit tight. There wasn't enough storage for us because we were staying 5 days.

Pros:

The property was in a great location in the arts district. You had several places to walk to dine and enjoy drinks. The Radical itself had an awesome roof top bar, an amazing restaurant and a DJ booth that is suspended in the air above the downstairs night bar!

The staff was phenomenal! Mr Mark was kindly enough to show us around, and Phillip at the front desk was awesome!

The rooms and theme of the hotel was eclectic and beautiful! It was different than anywhere we had stayed before!

Ps: the rooms are clean and house keeping came when we were out and we didn’t notice until we came back to a clean room, thank you for the house keepers working behind the scenes!

Dark & costly
Pros:

If you are looking for dark and edgy, this fits the bill. Room was painted black and the hotel sits on the edge of a hill. They do provide a lighted makeup mirror which is much needed. Shower was large.

Cons:

Rooftop was advertised but closed. Be prepared to pay for parking at the hotel and everywhere in Asheville.
