This hotel is trying to live up to its name. Overly quirky (graffiti in the room). Nickel and dime you after charging a

Clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice.

Cons:

The river arts district is really not a thing. People said it used to be more of a destination but it was hit hard by a hurricane or storm. Pay for park in an area that doesn’t need to be ( no competition for parking). Hotel is overly quirky (you may love it). No full breakfast option. No real coffee maker in the room (coffee pouch’s provided…but not good coffee). Pay for real coffee in lobby. And, the room was expensive with a weird view).

Fabulous hotel.
Pros:

We only stayed for one night but the hotel is fabulous. We loved the decor especially in our room. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend. It’s also a fun and interesting neighborhood.

We had an awesome ‘staycation’ for the holiday at the Radical … perfect in every way.
Pros:

Funky, cool, artistic building. Walkable to downtown or the river walk. Roof top bar, great food at the restaurant, fitness room, great staff.
