Very bad experience with this hotel. They will try to steal money from you at every opportunity they get. Let's start with the fact that they don't let guests in for a few minutes and charge $150 for it. In addition, the price of parking will always vary between $20-$30. The restaurant at the pool will try to charge you for things you didn't order, especially if it's a drink. The hotel employees are thieves. Beware of them.

Breakfast, room, location and coolest room ever all amazing
Extra charges for parking and facilities which included water..........although not out of your room sunbathing as it cost $7 not what you expect paying £3500.00 GBP for 6 nights! However, our daughter who recommended it and stayed two weeks before had a far better deal!!!!
De tudo. O calote privado é lindo. O pessoal é fora de série. Fizeram tudo que podiam para fazer nossa estadia especial. No último dia tivemos que sair de madrugada para um passeio e nos fizeram lanches para levar na viagem já que perderíamos o café da manhã.

An amazing hotel in Tulum. The cenote is truly fantastic, crystal clear water and pretty fish swimming around. The staff is friendly and professional, valet parking as well. The rooms are beautifully and the whole hotel area is very well maintained. Absolutely recommended for a relaxed luxury stay!

Être autour de la cenote, 7 personnes mais une musique comme si il était 4 du matin avec des basses à ne pas pouvoir parler alors qu’il n’était que 15h.
Une expérience horrible, inadapté à la quantité de personnes.
La propreté était à désiré dans l’établissement. Nous avons préféré dormir dans un autre établissement.
A beautiful hotel with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are lovely and incredibly attentive. The cenote is stunning and so refreshing to swim in, especially on days when the sargassum is piled high on the beach. The rooms are beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, and there is no noise in the evening at all — it feels completely peaceful in the jungle. The free daily morning yoga classes were incredible and were adjusted really well depending on your level of experience. The location is also ideal, close to lots of bars and restaurants for dinner and drinks (walking distance), but far enough away that you are not disturbed by late-night music.
The cenote is incredible! The room is super comfortable and the daily free yoga classes are a plus! The breakfast included was very tasty and filling. Staff is very welcoming and it’s super easy to communicate with.
The parking is very expensive (around 20 dollars). The music in the afternoon in the cenote area was too loud and not relaxing at all. I suggest that the tipping at the breakfast that’s included be revised, at least for Europeans, it makes no sense to give a tip for breakfast that’s already paid for.
If you don’t have a car, be prepared that in the area everything is super expensive.
The cenote is very clean, the water is in the perfect temperature. The staff helped us a lot!

המלון עצמו יוקרתי ברמה גבוהה, והצוות אדיב, נעים ושירותי מאוד, דואגים לכל דבר, פותרים כל בעיה במהירות וזמינים בווטסאפ לכל שאלה לאורך כל היום.
המסעדה מצוינת ומהממת, עם נוף מרהיב של הסונטה.
לכבוד ירח הדבש פינקו אותנו במיוחד ואף הביאו לנו עוגה לחדר:)
מיקום מעולה,קרוב לים ולכל מקומות הבילוי.
חשוב לקחת בחשבון שהמלון נמצא בתוך הג’ונגל, ולכן יש לא מעט חרקים ולטאות.
הסונטה עצמה מהממת ביופיה, אבל לדעתנו האישית פחות מתאימה לכניסה לשחייה.
יש בה דגים גדולים וירוקת. מצד שני, יש בריכה קטנה וחמודה שבה בילינו את רוב שעות הצהריים ונהנינו מאוד.
בלילה אחד הגיע ראקון לביקור על גג החדר, והצוות של המלון טיפל בזה מיד, הציע לנו לעבור חדר וגם דאג לבדוק איתנו בבוקר שהכל בסדר.
ארוחת הבוקר לא מאוד מגוונת, וחלק מהדברים בתוספת תשלום, אבל לנו אישית היה טעים וזה לא פגע בחוויה הכוללת.
בנוסף, חשוב לדעת שהמלון גדול מאוד והחדר שלנו היה ממש בקצה, וכל פעם הליכה ללובי או ליציאה לקחה בערך 10 דקות לכל כיוון. אם פחות נוח לכם ללכת הרבה, מומלץ לבקש חדר קרוב יותר ללובי:)

There wasnt much not to like
Stunning property, everything about it was perfect. The interiors, the service, the food it was all exceptional.
The cenote was so beautiful and I loved that it was the centrepiece of the deck and restaurant.
Everyone who worked there was so friendly and polite, we couldn’t fault it.
Room was nice and spacious, we had our own private jacuzzi which was great.
The free bikes to use were great, we cycled along the beach road and to visit the Tulum ruins.
Great location, amongst restaurants and bars, but not noisy, really close to the beach.
Would definitely recommend staying here! It was a beautifully peaceful hotel but with plenty to do nearby if you wanted to go out.
