Nice stay, would prefer if was more peaceful
Pros:

Friendly staff, helped find and use the taxi app in Tulum
Cool cenote
Yum breakfast. Great hibiscus juice
Nearby area has a few good food choices

Cons:

Loud music playing from lunchtime onward around the cenote area. Would prefer peace, it was much nicer without music. Also, one day the neighboring property was playing loud music from early in the morning, and it could be heard from our rooms.
Hot in summer - more fans would be nice around the cenote and pool area.

Very disappointed. Not a 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The cleanliness is exceptional and I loved the yoga classes.

Cons:

They have hidden fees. Parking they charge you separately, nobody was in the hotel but they wanted to charge us $8,000 to use a sun bed, some extra taxes.
The food prices are ridiculous and the quality is not even good. This is one of the reasons why Tulum has no tourism anymore.

Excelente Hotel en la Selva.
Pros:

Todo el establecimiento esta muy lindo, se ve que cuidan del cenote bastante bien. Las instalaciones estan en buena condición.

Le meilleur endroit de ma vie !
Pros:

Tout. Le cadre est absolument magnifique et la cenote est un véritable havre de paix. Les chambres sont spacieuses, superbes et très confortables. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et le service est irréprochable. Tout est parfaitement entretenu et pensé dans les moindres détails. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des plus beaux hôtels dans lesquels j’ai eu la chance de séjourner. Une expérience exceptionnelle que je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Absolument rien.

Hôtel de qualité avec gros potentiel inexploité
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment beau et de qualité. Le cenote est grand, l'eau fraîche, il y a plein de poissons dedans. Vous pouvez vous installer quasi partout autour sans supplément. Crème solaire et gel antimoustique à disposition. Il y a également une petite piscine, un jacuzzi, une salle de sport basique et un spa. Cours de yoga gratuit tous les matins. Pas de frais cachés quand vous passer par Booking: tout est inclus sauf le pourboire non obligatoire ni insistant. Le personnel est aimable, mais peu professionnel: ne vous attendez pas à une qualité de service de norme internationale. On peut aussi communiquer par whatsapp, en anglais ou espagnol. Petit déjeuner inclus basique (oeufs ou spécialité mexicaine, dessert, 1 jus de fruit et café américain à volonté). En juillet c'est la basse saison, l'hôtel est vide et vous serez au calme. Musique autour du cenote l'après midi, pas assourdissante mais bien présente sans que ce soit trop gênant. Chambres très spacieuses, modernes, calmes, avec petite terrasse vue jungle très sympa. Ne prenez pas la suite avec jacuzzi privé: elles sont au rez de chaussée, sombres avec peu d'intimité et les jacuzzis semblent sales à cause de la végétation abondante. Les chambres sans piscine sont en hauteur et plus lumineuses. Bon emplacement près de petits magasins, pharmacie, restaurants. Attention les taxis sont chers partout à Tulum et il en faudra pour se déplacer.

Cons:

Manque de professionnalisme du personnel, très nombreux mais pas très attentif et des maladresses dans le service ou la communication.
Bicyclettes prêtées par l'hôtel en mauvais état et dangereuses (selle qui bouge, freins qui ne fonctionnent pas bien)
Le restaurant est cher et ne semble avoir aucun client. Je doute qu'il puisse servir des produits frais avec si peu de passage.
Prix de l'hôtel cher pour le Mexique, raisonnable pour Tulum.

Cons:

Our room’s air conditioner wasn’t working. We complained and someone came but didn’t resolve the problem. Attention to detail is missing
