המלון מהמם, זו פעם שניה שלנו במלון הזה אבל, הפעם הגענו עם הזמנה לחדר בקטגוריה גבוהה יותר מפעם קודמת וקיבלנו חדר פחות טוב, כשביקשנו להחליף לחדר בקטגוריה נמוכה יותר (שהמיקום שלו היה טוב יותר) מבלי לבקש תמורה או החזר כספי נאמר לנו שנידרש לשלם תוספת נוספת על ההחלפה למרות שהמלון היה ריק!! לא היה שום רצון לבוא לקראתנו למרות שהסברנו ששילמנו על חדר בקטגןריה גבוהה יותר ושבאתר מופיע שהחדר פונה לג'ונגל (נאמר לנו שחדר מקטגוריה זו פונה רק לגן), לא היה שום מאמץ מצד הצוות לגרום לנו להרגיש מרוצים למרות שאמרנו להם שההתנהלות מאוד מאכזבת, בשורה התחתונה המלון עצמו מדהים ובמיקום טוב אבל שירות לוקה בחסר ממש.

Se reposer au bord du Superbe cenote et bar. Très confortable et bonne position. Belle chambre. Les vélos à disposition

Cons:

Le bruit du frigo. Nous y sommes allés probablement au moment de nuits fraîches (minimum 10 degres) et il faisait froid dans la chambre. Avoir Un peu plus d’information à notre arrivée ( ou le jour d’après) sur ce qu’il y a à faire( découverte de l’emplacement de la piscine et spa le dernier jour)

Promising stay was undermined by unprofessional staff behavior.
Cons:

At check-in, we were greeted in English, so we naturally continued the conversation in English. Based on this, staff nearby appeared to assume we only spoke English and proceeded to speak about my husband and me in Spanish, within earshot and right up until the moment they greeted us to escort us to our room. It was clear, timed, and not a misunderstanding.

As we began walking to the room, I calmly let the staff member know — in Spanish — that I had understood everything that was said. The reaction made it evident that this was unexpected.

From that point on, the remainder of our stay felt noticeably strained. Staff interactions became minimal and uncomfortable, and basic assistance (such as helping us arrange a taxi) was no longer offered.

Couples Earthy Hotel with a hint of risque
Pros:

Incredible cenote which is better than a pool!
Great restaurant and breakfast.
Lovely Rooms and clean.
Delicious welcome cocktail - try the hibiscus mezcal.

Cons:

The jacuzzi is luke warm.

The extra classes of shibari rope is why we booked this hotel and we were sitting and waiting for our class. Therefore the hotel is a premium. 20 mins after our class was meant to start we’re told the ‘person’ had an emergency. As it was Christmas Eve this was disappointing and the hotel could have told us sooner. Bit of a watch out if this is why you stay there.

Bel resort.. camera grande e tranquilla.
Cenote all’interno bellissimo e perfetto nel caso in cui in spiaggia ci sia alga.

Cons:

Parcheggio per l’auto a 20 dollari al giorno, da pagare in anticipo all’arrivo, veramente troppo.
Nel nostro pacchetto, la colazione era compresa, ma il menù era sempre lo stesso, magari cambiare un piatto ogni settimana potrebbe essere un idea..qualora non si voglia il menù compreso, si può ordinare qualcosa da pagare a parte.

The most perfect stay!
Pros:

The cenote pool was incredible and very clean. Service was 10/10, room was spacious and very comfortable I believe this is Tulums best and could not recommend it enough!

The cenote is beautiful, perfect place to relax after a day of activities. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well designed. Staff are friendly and attentive

Cons:

The restaurant is v overpriced compared to those nearby which is a shame. I was travelling on my honeymoon and the quotes for a private dinner or room decorations were outrageous.

Some charges and holds seemed excessive, there's a ~$20 per day service charge which will be in the fine print of your booking which is easily overlooked.

Compramos o jantar de ano novo e dizia que teria DJ e show. Pagamos 300 dólares por pessoa e os artistas eram desanimados e o DJ não apareceu. Não valeu o preço.
