Stunning hotel! Cenote was gorgeous!
Pros:

Stunning property, everything about it was perfect. The interiors, the service, the food it was all exceptional.
The cenote was so beautiful and I loved that it was the centrepiece of the deck and restaurant.
Everyone who worked there was so friendly and polite, we couldn’t fault it.
Room was nice and spacious, we had our own private jacuzzi which was great.
The free bikes to use were great, we cycled along the beach road and to visit the Tulum ruins.
Great location, amongst restaurants and bars, but not noisy, really close to the beach.
Would definitely recommend staying here! It was a beautifully peaceful hotel but with plenty to do nearby if you wanted to go out.

Pros:

Location is brilliant for all beach clubs and restaurants we didn’t need to use taxis. Calming relaxing hotel and very safe. Nice to have a jungle feel and the beach feel just steps across the road.

Cons:

Bathrooms and the pool area could have been cleaner. They were fine just lacked some extra care. More variety on food menus.

Cons:

Nos ROBARON en la habitación y el gerente nos dijo que "no pueden hacer nada" ni tampoco compensar.
Es decir, pueden robar las veces que quieran, no hau consecuencias.

Besonderer Anlass? Hier nicht zelebrieren!

Wir haben unsere USA Reise mit einem Entspannungs Urlaub im Shibari ausklingen lassen. Mein Partner hat im Hintergrund seinen Antrag an mich geplant.
Als wir im Hotel ankamen wurde uns kein Welcome Drink angeboten. Wir wurden jedoch durch die Hotelanlage geführt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Wir haben eine Suite mit Pool gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Den Bildern entsprechend. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da er nicht einladend aussah und dreckig war. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive. Die Qualität der Speisen lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, jedoch gab es nur eine kleine Auswahl auf der Menükarte (für die, die Frühstück inklusive hatten). Die Auswahl war jeden Morgen die selbe und irgendwann konnte man es nicht mehr sehen. Wir hätten uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Die Anlage selbst ist ein Traum, vor allem die Cenote ist ein Highlight. Der Badespaß wird täglich von einem DJ abgerundet. Jetzt kommen wir zu unserer sehr traurigen Erfahrung. Mein Partner hat im Hintergrund, gemeinsam mit einem Freund, ebenfalls Gast im Hotel, die Verlobung geplant. Geplant war, dass wenn wir vom Antrag am Strand morgens zurück kommen, das Zimmer sauber und geschmückt ist, ein Frühstück vorbereitet ist mit einer Flasche Wein und ein Strauß Blumen auf mich wartet. Natürlich gegen Aufpreis. Als wir zurück kamen, war nichts davon erfüllt. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage hieß es, dass es ein Missverständnis gab und demnach nichts vorbereitet wurde. Selbst den Strauß Blumen haben wir Stunden später erst bekommen. Nachdem ich selbst nochmal das Hotel anschrieb und zu verstehen gegeben habe wie traurig mein Partner und ich darüber sind und uns über eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit freuen würden, bekamen wir ein Stück Kuchen hingestellt. Selbst, dass ich das selbst anmerken musste, das eine Geste angebracht wäre, ist eine Frechheit. Und dann mit einem Stück Kuchen abserviert zu werden, noch mehr. Zum Höhepunkt wurde uns dann 150€ für den Blumenstrauß in Rechnung gestellt.

Beautiful, peaceful
Pros:

The cenote is absolutely stunning, watching the fish go about their lives whilst you took a dip was magical. It was also super quiet but the location in the heart of the hotel zone was great - walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful, we flagged an issue in our room and they had maintenance fix it right away. They organised a trip for us to Chichen Itza which was great. The gym was also pretty good for jungle life! The hotel also supplies sun screen, bug spray and bite spray which was really appreciated.

Cons:

We paid for the room with direct cenote access, we used that access once in a week! The room was also a little damp so maybe needs a dehumidifier but appreciate we were in the jungle. The bed was a little wobbly which meant we kept waking each other up. Breakfast as with most Mexican hotels comprised a “free” menu with very little choice, and a much better additional menu which was annoying. The daily maid service was a bit hit and miss, they didn’t fill up any of the toiletries which was a bit annoying but would happily oblige if we asked.

The cenote was the best place to chill during the day at the windy algae season at the beach

Cons:

The price to bring in external guests seemed a little high and the time was limited.

Also, they don't have dry cleaning (even though they say they do) - all the fancy shirts were washed together in a washing machine, and not ironed.

Pros:

This is not a stay it is an Experience. Everything is unbelievable and I think it is even underrated. From the first moment you’ll feel at home, the staff, the rooms, the feeling you having staying there is special

To be honest is a place that at the moment to make the reservation looks promising, I've been celebrating my honeymoon moon and it was positive things about this place with the location and the cleaning, but have to say we had different moments where the car that supposed to pick-up us and drop us , couldn't enter to leave us at the reception and in one case was raining, wich for me was not professional since the most important thing is for us to feel good. And besides all the good amenities the parking is pretty much expensive to the price you already paying for the place.

Sublime endroit , un des plus original de Tulum beach

Petit déjeuner local dans un superbe cadre au bord d une canote . Plutôt varié à base de bon produit et présente avec goût et raffiné.ent

Cons:

Le jacuzzi privé de la chambre ,pas très propre donc pas engageant, le personnel a l accueil pas très conscilliant

L'hôtel possède un cénote naturel magnifique

Ambiance zen très appréciable dans Tulum playa (beaucoup de resto et bars musique très forte)

Pas directement sur la plage (de l autre coté de la route) permet de combiner vacances zen dans nature et plage la journée
