ES UNA ESTAFA. La peor experiencia de mi vida
Pros:

Nunca contestaron en el teléfono de contacto y al llegar al sitio no había nadie que atendiera. Traiciona todos los principios de los sistemas de reserva porque te dejan abandonado. Tuve que buscar en ese momento otro lugar donde quedarme. La peor experiencia de mi vida.

This is a beautiful little property & is well maintained. It is a little oasis of tranquility or could be ...the outdoor gym that starts up at 6am isn't great but completely out of their control & there is hiway noise but over looking this, it truly is a beautiful little resort.
No one speaks english but we made it by with Google translate. The continental breakfast was dry toast with jam & tea or coffee. No food & rarely was anyone around to tend bar. However the accommodations were lovely! The open shower is quite an experience! The cenote was man made but very pretty and clean. More for relaxing in than swimming but I enjoyed it. Definitely a positive experience.

A ideia de uma cabana de luxo é boa mas não é o que se encontra. Chegamos no hotel e não tinha ninguém, depois foram chegando outros hóspedes e só depois de 40 minutos que apareceu uma atendente para fazer o check-in. Na primeira noite estava muito frio em tulum e na cabana não tinha Manta para dormir. Dormimos no frio. O café da manhã foi o pior que já vi em todos os hotéis que já fiquei. Um pão tostado e café com leite só. Depois ver a sujeira da cozinha nem isso queríamos mais. O hotel não tem condições de receber hóspedes, não estão preparados. E o valor cobrado não condiz com o serviço oferecido! O check-out demorou quase uma manhã inteira para o pagamento. Totalmente despreparados!

El hotel está cerrado no hay servicio
Pros:

Pague la estancia casi una semana y el hotel estaba cerrado, hicieron el cargo a mi TC y nadie hasta la fecha me resuelve quien me va a regresar el dinero, y porque promueven en la aplicación un hotel que está cerrado
