Pros:

You are in the middle of nowhere, and is difficult to get there. The surroundings don't offer anything but jungle.
The property is nice, but lacs a little bit of maintenance.

Upon arrival, it was clear that the hotel profile on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the property. First, it is not a hotel and should not be listed as a hotel. The staff did not speak English and were not helpful. Our room and washrooms were extremely dirty. Garbage was everywhere along with dried blood, dirty tampons, pads and bugs. The kitchen counter had white powder on it, shower and floors were dirty & smelly. The third night, an employee of the facility came in to our room uninvited while we were sleeping at 2am. The employee did not announce himself and simply entered the room which was very alarming and scary for us. We were woken up by this unwelcome person in our room while we were sleeping. The employee was told to leave and he insisted saying he was concerned for water overflowing in the jacuzzi which did not make sense as we had not used the jacuzzi. The next morning, when approached, the employee said we could not speak to his manager and tried to justify his entrance by saying he had simply entered the wrong room. Because of this very alarming event, we did not feel safe all week. We also weren’t able to get help from Expedia to deal with all these issues. On the 6th day, the building had no running water for toilets and showers etc. The staff at the facility were not helpful and simply said to contact our administrator (Expedia). We we told that the condos are privately owned condos and the property owners are unreachable therefore no help was provided.

Where do I start. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Without reading the rest, just save yourself the trouble and PICK ANOTHER PLACE. Don’t be deceived. Don’t think twice. On to the next!

Right from when we walked in the toilet seat is the most disgusting I have seen. The WiFi didn’t work for the duration of our stay. The jacuzzi which all the neighbors can clearly see, did not work and is very dirty. It smells like sewage and draining was extremely slow. The sink shoots out water and spills everywhere. Driving to the place there are horrible roads so it can easily cause damage to your car. The power went out several times. You were listed on Expedia as a hotel, and you couldn’t replace our towels or change our garbage, despite the length of our stay. No one here could help because they repeated this is not a hotel and we need to contact our administrator. Our administrator was difficult to reach, lacked professionalism and was slow to respond. And with all this they still charge you a ridiculous price. I spent half my stay trying to fix this mess. The standards for this place were horrible. They are trying to pretend to be something they are not. Hospitality 0.
