Really enjoyed staying there.
Pros:

Would give it a higher rating if there was an elevator. Location was great, but you could hear the music until late (3 AM). They did provide ear plugs. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the Malecon

Muy Recomendable, gran vista, cerca de todo.
Pros:

La vista desde la habitacion es lo que mas nos gusto.
El servicio de cafe muy buenoy la cama muy comoda.
Muchas opciones en los alrededores para comer, y desayunar, gran ubicación
A pesar de haber mucho ruido fuera, las calidad de las ventanas ayudan a aislar 70% de lo que viene de fuera

Cons:

Por momentos el agua no tenia buen aroma, no se si es de la zona o es del alojamiento
Es Ruidoso por las noches, al estar frente al Malecon hay muchos bares con Musica en vivo bastante alta o autos pasando con musica a alto volumen. ¿Cultural?

Que no tenga estacionamiento es un punto a considerar, te recomiendan algunas pero es externo.

Pros:

I really liked that it was upstairs, we could see everything. There was a festival the first few days, that was a bonus. The bed and linens were very nice.

Great location, safe, stylish and comfortable room, perfect boutique hotel in the heart of La Paz
Pros:

Wonderful location and the bed was the most comfortable ever, so much so that I immediatly bought the same mattress and asked the hotel staff about the linens! The concierge went above and beyond, checking in with us the morning of our arrival and promptly meeting us at the hotel and showing us the room, the views incredible, we will 100% be returning !

Lovely stay and would come again.
Pros:

It was very beautifully furnished and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also beautifully furnished with lovely lotions and towels and plants outside. Nicely designed. A great spot. Easy to check in and everything in the room pristine. Close to all the local activities and nightlife.

Cons:

Only stairs and many of them. Likely cannot add an elevator so luckily we didn’t have much luggage. At first I thought there were homeless people sitting in front but just street artists.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et lit très grand.
Vue sur la mer imprenable

Cons:

Impossible de dormir même avec des bouchons d'oreille. Boîte de nuit à côté de l'hôtel avec de la musique très forte jusqu'à 3 heures du matin. Je déconseille fortement si vous voulez dormir avant 3 heures !!

I don't recommend this place at all
Pros:

In front of sea!

Cons:

Very noisy
They only provide 1 key for room! Please note this is an "hotel". We asked for another one and they say the have to make a copy and will be ready in the afternoon!
Steep stairs, so if you have a large luggage I don't recommend this place.
Room labeled as luxury, however you have only one side of the bed to get out.
Terrible odour on bathroom.

Amazing!
Pros:

My stay here was awesome!! Suite was amazing, comfortable and super clean. AC works perfectly! The host and cleaning service are always on point at whatever it is that you need. Walking out the front door and you are at the heart of the city. Amazing views from suite balcony and host was happy to accommodate us a 5hr - 6 hr early check-in. Definitely staying here again!

SO LOUD - Would not stay here again simply due to the crazy music and bars close to the hotel.
Pros:

Views were beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was seamless and generally the room was clean and comfortable. But be wary of the location.

Cons:

Be wary of this location... it's in the midst of the bar scene and VERY noisy at night. Nightclubs are blasting music until 2-3am and we COULD NOT sleep until the music stopped. The nightclub essentially shares a wall with this hotel, so you're feeling the bass until the music stops at 2-3am. So if you're coming to La Paz to party, and enjoy the nightlife, this hotel is likely perfect. But if you're coming to relax, do not stay here.
