Pros:

Great host that lives on property Very responsive.. Quick responses thru Expedia are translated.
Clean and good air cooling system.
Short walk to largest grocery store on Island. bus and taxi stand. Very convenient.
The property is next to 2 soccer fields. From the 3rd floor, we enjoyed watching local futbol.
Two of our favorite restaurants are short walking distance.Mango Cafe and Pizza Mikes.

Con. I would have enjoyed better bedding. Sheets were thin and pillows were not comfortable.
Bathroom includes shower soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Towels were nice and thick.

New clean property in the Salinas
Pros:

Review from 9 day stay, Aug ‘23. The booking sites do NOT have the address mapped correctly so make sure to get clear directions ahead of time from the property management for a taxi to find it. Stayed in King Suite on the 3rd floor, consisting of 2 rooms, kitchen/dining/seating area & bedroom. Only AC in the bedroom so the door must be open to cool the apartment. The property backs up to the island soccer fields. The matches aren’t too loud but the lights from the fields are on 24/7 & they shine into the outer room, making it very bright at night. The property is very clean & quiet & the appointments are adequate, but it is missing finishing touches. There are no curtains adjacent to the bed and none in the outer room. While there MAY be privacy film, it isn’t clear from the property descriptions & this does not prevent the feeling of being exposed to anyone walking past the property. The kitchen is adequate but the hot plate was not functioning during our visit. Outlets are oddly placed & not very functional (you can use the coffee maker or the microwave but not both without moving things). The good: all new furnishings; convenient location to Salinas restaurants/bars/grocery; clean & AC works well enough; large open space; small safe; decent storage. The not so good: not easy to find; missing curtains; odd outlets; hard bed/cheap pillows; no good views. Management can also be hard to get ahold of. We also had low pressure/no water and had trouble reaching anyone.
