Lo que no me.gustó fue que se hizo una reservacion para 4 adultos y 01 menor y al llegar a las instalaciones nos informan que solo pueden entrar 3 adultos y el menor, que se debe pagar 600 x noche por la persona extra, procedo a levantar una queja por el.chat de Expedia, en el hotel nos indican que la app pone esa informacion para vender mas y nos piden cancelar y ellos ahi nos respetan el mismo.precio. Despues de.levantar la queja nos indican que nos.cobrarian solo 300 por persona.extra y por noche, el personal de.Expedia, se pone en contacto con el hotel y despues de mas de una hora, nos aceptan la reservacion que teniamos.

Parking is a couple blocks away. You need to keep both the 24hr validated hotel parking receipt and parking lot receipt to give to parking lot attendant so they don't charge the overnight fee but everything else shopping, dining, and stay was very good.

Hicimos nuestra reserva la cual estaba confirmada y al llegar nos avisan que todo el hotel está reservado y que no entendían porque había podido reservar 😒🙄😠 obviamente fue culpa de las personas de administración que no están al tanto de sus reservaciones en plataformas y obviamente tuvimos que buscar algún otro disponible, es increíble que estas cosas sucedan
