En recepción tal parece que no quieren que vuelvas a hospedarte. Tardan en atenderte, no resuelven, fatal. El hotel se ve que tuvo tiempos mejores, y que pena que el personal no haga mucho por que vuelvan esos tiempos. La cocina muy bien, la comida también.
Estan un poco descuidadas las habitaciones al menos de las torres, falta mantenimiento

The toilet moves, it is not fixed on the floor, so a lot of the toilet water comes out and the bathroom stinks.

No me gustó que no especifican que la habitacion que escogí no tenia derecho a la alberca, además de que se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones contiguas
