Pretty but not for me.
Pros:

Gorgeous building, nice view. The Moonlight Tavern was wonderful, excellent service.

Cons:

The stairs are VERY steep. The parking lot was inaccessible so I had to park a block away.

Great location, historic building.
Pros:

I love the location and the lounge area to hang out and have access to coffee / snacks was awesome. We were visiting for a fishing charter and it was very close to the marina. We stayed in the king suite with the tub and it was lovely. My dad stayed in another king room, also great.

Cons:

When I booked, I didn’t see anywhere that there is not an elevator. I would’ve thought twice before booking a room for my dad, the stairs are steep.

We were both very impressed with the beauty of the hotel and the quiet throughout our stay.
Pros:

The lounge was really comfortable and had a very nice selection of food items available to choose from. It almost felt like being home in my own kitchen. ☺️

Cons:

My husband and I are in our late seventies, and we both admitted that it would have been helpful to have had a grab bar in the shower, as there was nothing to hold onto in the event of a problem.

Pros:

The shower head and water pressure were amazing, very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

No elevator which was expected because it was advertised and an older but extremely updated building.

Cool historical hotel
Pros:

Jim was great, the guest longer was very nice. Rooms were nice and it was cool to stay somewhere historic.

Comfortable, historic hotel in downtown Port Washington
Pros:

Great location with just a short walk to everywhere in Port Washington. The town is very pretty and has good places to shop, eat and drink. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

Would’ve been nice to have a little fridge in the room. We never got the electronic lock to work, so glad we also had a key.

Lovely hotel in great location. Rooms are updated for an old building but the stairs are tricky.

Pros:

This was a unique place to stay, and we enjoyed our time here. The Moonlight Tavern was very nice and the food was great! Nicole, the innkeeper, was very sweet and helpful.

Beautiful Port Washington
Pros:

We love the location, and the size of the room and how quiet the hotel is!The breakfast/snack room was well stocked and had lots to choose from. The check-in checkout process worked smoothly!

Just a couple of simple things that would have helped make the stay more comfortable
1. Remove the plastic mattress cover!!!! It made the bedsheets slip and also made us overly warm and uncomfortable- it makes noise when you move - I recommend you invest in higher quality mattress pads that are not plastic but are waterproof if that is your concern. This would make the bedsheets slip more inviting. For us this is a bit of a deal breaker, we would not stay again with those plastic covers.
2. Have a shower Mat or carpet of sorts for when you step out of the shower. The floor gets slippery when wet and could be dangerous, we used a hand towel.

We could not find the volume remote for the TV. Also, couldn't find any buttons on the TV for volume (or anything else!)

Loved the comfort and convenience of downtown!
Pros:

The continental breakfast was great! I would suggest keeping more cartons of milk on hand, as there was not any for our second day during our stay. Using the aseptic cartons is a huge advantage. You never have to worry about products outdated. So keep more available.

Cons:

The description,instructions/access to the TV. We were not able to watch the TV at all, during our stay.
Perhaps, make it as easy as the one in the kitchen area, to access?
