The stay was great and luxurious for the location.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was super helpful, the hotel felt very clean and beautiful, and the amenities were great. The chocolate they gave us after checking-in was great too.

Cons:

There can be a bit of vibrations from the loud music. Idk of it was my neighbor or the karaoke bar downstairs. But it wasn't too bad.

Staff understands that making the Guests feel at home and all needs acknowledged. I felt welcome.
Pros:

I particularly like the High level of Service. All needs were responded too quickly and effectively.

Cons:

I would have liked the Breakfast to be open until 10:30AM rather than 9:30AM.

Welcoming reprieve from a chaotic day of travel.
Pros:

Delta cancelled our flight after delaying us for hours. They refused to help with vouchers or suggestions for a place to stay. We were rebooked on a 7 am flight so we couldn’t go far. voco Fiorello was a lifesaver. The woman who checked us in was so kind, gave us toiletries and made sure we had a comfortable room to stay in. Was it the fanciest place I’ve stayed, no, was it a nice and welcoming, you bet. They arranged a shuttle for us back to the airport. Weary travelers that we were, they were a helpful and kind reprieve from the chaos of Delta and the airport.

Cons:

It’s a little off putting when you drive up with the nightclub and restaurants, but once you get to the lobby it’s nicely decorated and the rooms were surprising quiet. We did have a time trying to figure out the lights. There’s a master switch I think.
