Having just come from the airport after a long day of travel for a quick stay before waking up for more travel I just wa
Pros:

The rooms were nicely done. The food in the restaurant was great.

Cons:

The location made me feel a little uneasy. The restaurant was lacking staff resulting in poor atmosphere and poor service. Staff allowed a group to gather in the lobby at 4am and be extremely loud resulting in waking up guests who had rooms right next to the lobby. The AC unit in the room was also very loud when it came on which made me want to turn it off which resulted in hot humid uncomfortable sleep.

So comfortable and top quality
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous, convenient and the best sleep I've had in a while. I only stayed one night, but I will be back.

Cons:

The way the elevator doors work is kinda weird. Accidently pressed the wrong 6 it opened up to a dark hallway.

Cons:

Only 1 shuttle bus and so only 1 trip per hour! Very inconvenient. Loud music from club at hotel until after 3am! Sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Smelled smoke in non smoking rooms.

The stay was great and luxurious for the location.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was super helpful, the hotel felt very clean and beautiful, and the amenities were great. The chocolate they gave us after checking-in was great too.

Cons:

There can be a bit of vibrations from the loud music. Idk of it was my neighbor or the karaoke bar downstairs. But it wasn't too bad.

Staff understands that making the Guests feel at home and all needs acknowledged. I felt welcome.
Pros:

I particularly like the High level of Service. All needs were responded too quickly and effectively.

Cons:

I would have liked the Breakfast to be open until 10:30AM rather than 9:30AM.
