Pros:

The location was convenient to my conference. I was able to walk to it without any difficulties.

Cons:

The fact that for the price, there wasn't a microwave in the room. But there was an induction pot for coffee, which blew the braker in the room. .

Many things were broken in our room or didn't work. Some of the staff wasn't very friendly. We only made one request and they never bothered.

hotel is great BEST lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap Ive EVER used at a hotel, that says a lot!
Pros:

Location was great except they closed off the street and the hotel did not provide any instructions for getting to the valet area. We ended up backing up through the alley to get our vehicle back to valet.

On our last night we decided to have a nightcap in the upstairs lounge. The hostess said we could only sit at the bar since we did not have a reservation. There were many tables open and only about 45 ppl there, we were stumped. The waitress ended up moving us to a table. The hostess said "If the firemarshal comes we are in big trouble". Working for Four Seasons Hotels for 17 years and a meeting planner for the last 15 years, I can tell you this was very poorly handled, especially since she let in all "younger" people after us with no issues. She needs a lesson regarding equality.
