Pros:

Antonio and Alicia were the 2 employees who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. These two are huge assets to the company. They were so kind and had such a fantastic energy.

Cons:

It took the hotel an hour after check in to have even 1 of our 2 rooms available. We sat in the lobby with our luggage. The front desk was able to place us in an alternate room while we waited for the second room to be ready. We had 6 adults with us which made this difficult in space. We had reservations and need to get ready so being so kate to check into our room and with lack of space made this challenging.

Pros:

The Godfrey is gorgeous..we couldn't wait to stay there and have now done so twice in the last month. Facility is beautiful and the beds of the utmost comfort.. the double blackout shades are incredible, you would think its midnight at noon.

Cons:

Price..over $300+ is a little crazy and was over $100 more than we paid the first time we stayed there..but it was Techno Fest weekend this time around.

Staff & valet are wonderful.

Cons:

Please put glasses and coffee mugs in the room for this to be a luxury hotel and only have paper coffee cups in the room is just ridiculous. That’s my only issue.
