At great place! We’re looking forward to a return visit soon.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet crew was especially friendly and prompt. The hotel should provide them with better space heaters for next winter.

Cons:

The room was immaculate. The roof top bar was a comfortable spot with a great view.

Nice hotel if you don't mind walking for the basics.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean; it had a little fridge and Nespresso coffee maker. Also complimentary water. Most of the staff were helpful.

Cons:

Room windows don't have noise insulation, so the early morning traffic woke me up. Also, there is a club on the 7th floor of the hotel and I could hear the music from my room. It is not super loud, but if you're looking for a silent night, you won't get it here. It is about a 20 minute walk from downtown, which is not bad, but beware that there are no grocery stores nearby. Hotel could have a little convenience store onsite with the basics, specially helpful for guests that arrive after hours.
