The manager was super nice and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. The building is old, dark, and has a strong unpleasant smell throughout. Worst of all, when I arrived, they didn’t have my reservation—even though I had booked in advance through Expedia. I was left scrambling to find a different hotel at the last minute. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund from Expedia due to the inconvenience and the fact that the reservation I paid for was not honored.

Pros:

The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. This is room 201 anyway.

We left after 3 hours.
Pros:

Do not stay here. This is a motel that has declined to a point of no return. Only $10 million in repairs and updates could save this property. No security into the lobby and rooms. We had go buy our own soap.

Horrible booking process
Pros:

They were sold out when I arrived and did not find my confirmation number in their system. I was left with no room and no refund!!!!

This place was an absolute dump. The lobby was closed when we arrived at 2pm. It smelled horrible and was dirty. Saw a drug transaction in the parking lot. The room was dirty. Shower was dirty and the chain lock on the door was removed. While my mom was waiting in the car some guy came up looking into the window of the car not realizing my shephard and mom were in there and once he did he took off. It was not safe. I returned the key and left.

Pros:

I booked because of high reviews. I got there and no one was around to check me in. I called the number posted and they wouldn't answer. I walked in the lobby and it stank of cigarette smoke. It's basically an old hotel for long term stays by locals. The property doesn't seem to be kept up much. I ended up leaving and got a room somewhere else.
