Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Requested ground level and they were able to accommodate.

Wish they had a hot tub. Breakfast was not good. And the smoke detectors on the ceiling blinked/flashed all night long.

Obviously, not all Hilton Home 2 Suites locations are the same.
Pros:

The location was convenient for our planned activities.

Cons:

Very poor customer service from the management. Hotel staff is nice, however the managers are poor communicators and shared incorrect information with the agents from Booking who were trying to help us.

Additionally, there are signs around the lobby to remind construction workers to clean their boots. However, additional cleaning care and attention were not paid to mud and dirt spread throughout the hallways, elevators, and pool areas.

All of the above made our stay disappointing even though we are Hilton Honors members. We thought that the Hilton brand was supposed to bring a certain level of customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the management of this particular Home 2 Suites convinced us in the contrary.

Ok, but could have been better for the price.
Pros:

Room sizes were perfect for our family including the additional space needed in the handicap accessible room. The shower/bath had a built in seat and bars in the accessible room.

Cons:

Pool heater was broken and the pool was a big reason we were staying with the kids. It was freezing out so taking the kids over to the sister property to use their pool as offered and having them in/out when wet wouldn’t work. One room was missing ice bucket and staff couldn’t locate one but offered a large bowl. Breakfast hours were shorter than other properties standard hours we’ve stayed at. Some of our group missed it after enjoying a sleep in after holiday festivities.
