Our deluxe condo was roomy and pet friendly. Cozy and comfortable place. Close to beach access. Great place!

Property was under construction however the property management acclimated us with a very clean quiet bungalow that was absolutely beachy very happy with the youngladt who cleaned the place.She was so Amazing she went out of herway to find us a real coffee pot, Thank You All

Room 2 is in bad shape. I communicated the issues with management. They emailed and called to say they would send someone to address the problems. It was a lie. No one helped me. Here’s a short list of problems… The bed makes a loud popping sound when you sit down on it or move in the middle of the night. The sink drain in the bathroom gets stuck down. The metal plunger behind the sink handle is missing. So I had to pry up the stopper with a butter knife. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen. The tv in the living room is non functional. We ended up watching tv on our phones. I could have done that in a tent and saved $1400!! The refrigerator leaked water on the floor each night. We had to mop it up with a towel each morning. The living room only has mini blinds, no curtains. There is a bright light on outside the window all night. I had to prop up the couch cushions on the back of the couch to block some light so my daughter could sleep, even with a sleeping mask and melatonin. The shower head appears to be original from the 1950’s. My 7 year old daughter couldn’t get under the water to rinse her hair because the shower head isn’t adjustable and every spray setting pounds the water on the back wall. Parking is dangerous. My rental had three door dings because the spaces are VERY narrow. You literally have to back out of your space onto the major 4 lane highway on a curve. Managment lied about addressing problems and did not follow up with me.

Very clean, bright and welcoming. Everything for a great beach getaway!

The unit was right off the busy road. You could hear the traffic and radio of the cars going by. The parking space was right in front of unit and there was only a few feet to the edge of the road. The tile had damage in the bedroom and bath. There was a big gap in an exterior door in bathroom. The security code to the gate to get on the property is the same as the address. How secure is that!! We did not stay. The management would not refund the rental and Hotels.com did not do anything for us.

The rooms need to be updated. There was some work done but there is more to be done. The one air conditioner was not enough to cool the entire unit and between the noise of the air conditioner competing with the traffic outside it was difficult to get to sleep. The unit was very clean and organized with everything needed. The tv had many channels but mostly old shows. The beach was a 5 minute walk and beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. We were just disappointed.

Such a quaint little place. Very beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of food options close as well.

It’s older but clean. It was a great option for low cost. Our room was #4 and was fine for the money. The other couple we traveled with had Suite #1 and the road noise was very loud. They changed to another room #7 and the bed was very noisy almost like a hide-a-bed couch. But the common area was clean and our room and bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I got #4 again.

It was a cute little place. Love the courtyard. Couple of things though, other than one hool on the wall, thwre was really no place we could unpack an put out clothes, second there were a few times we saw bugs crwling in the bathroom and livingbroom and third, and this was my biggest turn iff, it didnt look lime the bathrrom sink was wiped clean before we got there. The faucet had what looked like dried toothpaste stains. I had the clean it myself, which prompted me to clean the whole bathroom before we used it, just in case. Also, in the shower there was hair on the floor and not hair from your head.

Booked last minute and would definitely stay again. Parking is challenging the way the road is situated, but that's not the fault of the property. Shower had some leftover shower gel in it, so I'd recommend they mention it to their cleaners but otherwise it was a good stay!
