Embarrassing, I would like a refund and an apology.
Pros:

I’ve been staying at the hotel since it opened. It has gotten worse and worse in terms of cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff, there’s also a lot of individuals that are out of their minds that are renting the hotel room rooms. It is no longer safe. I was there and there was an incident that happened where I was approached by a woman I didn’t know, and they called the police on me and proceeded to kick me out, even though the police said I did nothing wrong. That would be the supervisor of the people that clean, as the boy Kevin on the front desk saw everything happened and he didn’t stop it because I’m sure he saw that I wasn’t doing anything and he knows Me. I think this is a disgusting way to treat guests, especially guests that I’ve been staying at the hotel for 2 to 3 to 4 years.

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty, there was no order, the breakfast. Most of the machines were broken, the rooms were dirty and had peoples hair all over them, there were no slippers, the only nice thing was the front desk.
