Pros:

The cleaning staff was fantastic: courteous, helpful, and efficient. Left the room spotless! The front desk staff was ok.

Cons:

My biggest complaint was the price. When I started my stay, the room rate was reasonable.... but as I had to extend my stay twice, the room rate jumped with each addition. The final night I ended up paying close to $300 for the room for one night. That's absolutely ridiculous. It was the same room..... there was no need to gouge me.

A wonderful clean rest stop.
Pros:

A working clean refrigerator and access to HBO. I also enjoyed the waffle and beverage machines. The cafeteria woman was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Main complaint is price. Started out great but room rate increased every time we extended our stay. Final night was almost $300. Ridiculous

It was good enough to come back a second time.
Cons:

I didn't like that you can hear someone running or jumping in the hallway most of the evening. There was a few drunk people that was in the hallway.

Amazing experience and rooms are very large.
Pros:

The room was large, very clean. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Very safe place. I would stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. The food was not hot. Not a lot of choices.

Pros:

It was a great location, clean, comfortable, and a great breakfast.

Cons:

We had to park in the Cracker Barrel parking and walk up a steep in little hill. I was in dress shoes. We noticed a truck with a trailer taking up several parking spots. We brought this up to the front desk. But we're told to park in a the Cracker Barrel parking lot.
