Woodspring Suites Milwaukee - Menomonee Falls

There was a really foul smell in the whole building the lobby locks down at 10 o’clock. No one‘s never at the desk. I need a fresh towels was not able to get them for my last day.

Everything about this hotel was awesome except for the beds.

Room was very nice but the bed and bathroom were not good I have never seen a bed so low very hard to get out of

Wonderful staff

Desk attendant was not friendly. Very curt in her responses. Bed is very low to ground and not very comfortable. No Kleenex.

The room was nice and was very safe hotel property. I loved how the doors are always locked and you need a key card to get in. The staff was nice and friendly as well.

First, the room was very clean. Easy parking. The front desk staff member wasn’t available when I checked in… had to wait outside the door until someone felt sorry for me. No one picked up the phone when I called 500. Annoying.

The bathroom and room were good, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The issue was the internet. You are supposed to be able to register two devices, but I was only allowed to register one. Once a device is registered, it cannot be changed. So if you connect your phone first, you won’t be able to switch to your laptop later. Although the system offers the option to purchase access for additional devices, I couldn’t get it to work.

When I asked for help at the front desk, they said the Wi-Fi is managed by a third party and advised me to contact them directly.

I ended up connecting at the public library.

Keep in mind: this isn’t a hotel, it’s a long-term stay place, and you’re not a guest, you’re a tenant. When you arrive you sign a lease.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the loud & rude guests above me. Not walking but stomping, dragging things back and forth across the floor.Truly sad that you can't find peace anywhere!

Constant noise every night from neighbours room. Administration didn’t do anything about. Have to leave two days early due to unable to sleep for 4 days!

The hotel was recommended by an old friend. It is no frills experience. It is really meant for people staying more than week. There is a charge after one exchange of dirty towels to clean towels. If you want your room cleaned daily there is a charge, emptying waste containers is the guest responsibility. Security was very good. Plenty of parking. Small kitchenette was very convenient, you can rent kitchen utensils from the front desk. We just picked up more towels and kitchen appliances from a store nearby.

Staff were friendly. The hotel and area around it were nice as well.

Property is pet friendly but as I found out after the first night not “cat” friendly. My bad, I didn’t read the fine print. Also, make sure to pack a hair dryer and kitchen utensils if you intend to cook
