Great location. Very clean.

Breakfast was great. Could've been a little warmer but was good

Cons:

You had to pick up a phone for an employee. There was never anyone standing in the main lobby to greet you. They were always in a little room behind the wall.

The other thing I did not like is when we left for the day on Saturday someone came in our room and exchanged out our towels. We didnt ask for it nor need it. They even changed our garbage can. Its a nice gesture but for two nights is definitely not needed.

Wish parking lot was bigger. We didn't know there was an extra lot across the street they used. We parked on the street but if we were told at checking in time that would've helped.

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable! Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot is so small. There is additional parking farther away but as you can imagine it's really inconvenient especially if the weather is bad.

We stayed two nights and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Overall, the hotel was excellent, clean, and secure.
Pros:

Property was clean and updated

Cons:

Parking was limited close to the hotel with the exception of spare lots across the street which is understandable for downtown. However, the parking lots were not clear of snow and ice build up which made it difficult for pulling luggage and walking.
