Cons:

Lots of lots of lots of flies!!! In the room, in the common area, in the breakfast area…I don’t know what caused the fly problems, but I stay at other pet-friendly hotels and none was like this. My cat and I stayed 3-4 days and we (yes, my cat caught a fly too) killed at least 7 flies. I asked front desk for a fly swatter yep. Don’t recommend unless they fix this issue.

Best hotel near Rochester
Pros:

Love this place. Great location, safe area, very clean and still maintained to a “brand new” standard. Have stayed here 4 times now.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s absolutely impeccable.

We were disappointed.
Cons:

Juice machine out of order. Coffee machine did not work. Poor selection of breakfast items. Ended up leaving the premises to get breakfast. Coffee pod holder for coffee machine in room was missing.

Won't ever come back.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and did what they could.

Cons:

Nobody ever at the front desk, likely due to how hot it was down there. Breakfast was weak. Scuffs all over the floors and walls. Elevator was filthy. Room had no tp, toilet seat wasnt cleaned and there was a musky smell.
