We were disappointed.
Cons:

Juice machine out of order. Coffee machine did not work. Poor selection of breakfast items. Ended up leaving the premises to get breakfast. Coffee pod holder for coffee machine in room was missing.

Won't ever come back.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and did what they could.

Cons:

Nobody ever at the front desk, likely due to how hot it was down there. Breakfast was weak. Scuffs all over the floors and walls. Elevator was filthy. Room had no tp, toilet seat wasnt cleaned and there was a musky smell.

Nothing. Breakfast was meh and the overall atmosphere was not great.

Cons:

The rooms were not ready when we got there. They checked us in, said the room was ready, it was not. We left our stuff, they said our room would be done when we got back and it still was not, 5 hours later. This hotel was a mess. Not enough staff, no clean rooms and just an overall disappointment.

EXCELLENT place to stay!
Pros:

We’ve stayed here a number of times over the years and will continue to return.  We love everything about this clean quiet hotel, including the comfortable bed and the great walk-in shower with handy shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.  WiFi is strong, the location is good and the price is reasonable.  The fruit bowls in the lobby are a nice touch and the automatic doors at the hotel entrance are very convenient for carrying luggage.  Kay and Stephanie at the front desk were both very welcoming and super helpful.

Cons:

Our only complaint is the limited vanity space around the sink.  Would be great if they could put a shelf next to the sink to set toiletries.  We will definitely stay again and we highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber, unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und im Bad eine Badewanne. Die Unterkunft liegt für uns ideal von Rochester entfernt. Das Frühstück ist typisch (ungesund) amerikanisch, sehr süß, aber es gibt wenigstens Obst und Soja-Milch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Für uns hat alles gepasst.
