Just so noisy...
Pros:

New, clean.

Cons:

Bathroom fan noise, aircon noise, ALL NIGHT... Asked for a quiet room when we booked. Asked for a quiet room when we checked in. Was assured the room would be quiet. Jeez. The bathroom fan can't be turned off and it's noisy. But worse than that there was a massive aircon unit on the ground below our window, this was running all night as well. It was honestly worse than trying to sleep on a plane. At 0245 someone was vacuuming upstairs, really. No way we could have spent another night there. Finally, the lights are unfathomable and there needs to be some more bedside tables.

Cons:

When I booked the room I put a card on file to hold the room. Upon getting to the location a different card was used. But after checkout it was realized they used the holding card instead of the one presented at check in.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, the room was comfortable and modern. I felt safe on the property and everyone who worked there was kind. Based on my experience, I would recommend it :)

Decent place to sleep but that's about it.
Pros:

The hotel and room were nice and clean. There was a good variety for the free breakfast.

Cons:

The young girls at the front desk were nice but barely. They didn't really care about any issues such as we couldn't close our shades or curtains. When I asked about someplace to sit down and have a decent meal they gave me a look and said it's pretty much hamburgers and pizza. There really wasn't anywhere decent that we could find. We lost power during a storm the first night and they were like not our fault. Never an apology about any of the issues. Maybe it just wasn't a good fit for seniors but we will not stay there again!

Pros:

Fairly new- Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Bathroom fan could not be shut off- Heating unit fan could not be controlled easily- Too noisy. All the ice machines were out of order. Overpriced

Pros:

The hotel was fine. Room was extremely extremely small for $185 a night clean it was no different than any Hampton across America just twice the price.

Cons:

Value for the money was just quite a stretch. It’s just that in a town like Winslow Arizona they were very few nice hotels to pick from
