Excellent hotel, great location
Pros:

We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer than just one night! We had a sea view room which was wonderful, and the room was so spacious and comfortable. Parking was free and plentiful. Staff were really friendly. The location is excellent, right by the water but just a short walk to downtown, with some great breweries and cafes.

Cons:

No breakfast was included.

Other than the dining experience, the staff was very personable and accommodating.
Pros:

The staff, especially housekeeping who we saw daily, were very pleasant! The room was always clean and just the right size.

Cons:

Apparently, the dining area was understaffed as after waiting too long for our breakfast (the couple next to us said it was the same the previous day), we cancelled out order and ate at a neighborhood restaurant paying a reasonable price for breakfast. When we returned, that same couple was still sitting there.

Very nice place to vacation! Everyone is so friendly. Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

The walks outside around the property.

Cons:

I didn’t like the smell in our bathroom. Strong stinky smell. Also, guest would leave room service tray outside their room. No one would pick it up. It sat all night and when we left, it remained there. Not a good look.

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful hotel right on the water. Short walk into downtown area. Very comfortable environment!

Cons:

Wonderfully relaxing and luxurious. Just wish we spent more time.
Pros:

Very large spacious rooms. Bathroom facilities are clean and aesthetic. The happy hour patio was a bonus as was the expensive breakfast options I love indigo hotels and this one is one of the better.

Cons:

I would’ve liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, but that rarely happens in most hotels
