Screaming children, unless you have children under 8, don’t stay here.
Pros:

It’s a nice clean hotel.

Cons:

Asked for a quiet room in advance, given a room with an adjoining room. Kids screaming constantly.

Other than sound issues my stay was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, there were some decent options, others I didn't like. The eating area was nice, clean and enough space for everyone. The rooms are very spacious, clean and updated.

Cons:

Rooms not really sound proofed. Could hear kids running on floors above, the pool stayed open already and our room was on that side, and the weight room created loud sounds I could hear in my room.

Zero hospitality, dirty mattress, hole in the blanket, people asking us to "leave on time"..
Pros:

The main reason we booked the stay at this property was it´s proximity to Legoland and the fact that we´ve been here already many times, so we felt "safe" and comfortable to do it "again"
We were also thinking about signing up to the loyalty program.

Cons:

Honestly, even if we were at this property couple times, we are thinking of never coming back again......
1) The personnel at the reception the morning of our check out was not very nice, we didn´t see a single smile or at least an attempt.
2) We have never experienced the situation, that even BEFORE the official check out time, there´s someone knocking on our door and checking if we´re ready to leave. Not once.....We couldn´t believe.
3) When advised to make our own sofa bed with the instructions where to find the linen etc., we´ve found the mattress very dirty, full of some crumbles and food leftovers. The blanket had even quite a big hole.
I mean.
We know it´t not RITZ, but.....the price was already higher than any time before.
