Pros:

The property was cleaned. The kick back was on point. I loved every moment of it. Everyone was friendly even the guess that walked by. I love everything about it. Keep up the good work.

Cons:

I understand clearly about service pets but for my allergies I disagree with animals coming in.

Another Wonderful Drury night.
Pros:

When available along any trip, we choose Drury. While some facilities are truly exceptional, they all share upkeep, cleanliness and comfort. Staff are welcoming, helpful and the secret to Drury's reputation.

It was fine.
Pros:

Facility seemed spotless, LOVE that. The room was well appointed.

Cons:

1. The bed was too soft for my personal liking; I have a low back ache from 2 nights in it.
2. We both did not like the look of the breakfast fare. I decided to have cereal, but I was told the only milk on site was 2% — I drink whole milk and my husband drinks non-dairy milk. Surely it’d be possible to have a few small cartons of whole milk for those of us who want it. Additionally, the Raisin Bran was stale, not crunchy. Cereal is pretty easy to get right!! So really, I paid more for the hotel room b/c of the food, but the food wasn’t up to my standard. We ended up going across the street to a somewhat better meal at Village Inn.

This time we had an ada room but we didn't have the living room, there was a huge conference table instead. Bizarre
