They canceled our reservation and blamed booking.com for not having the room reserved. I will never stay at Drury Inn again.

The fact that I showed up at 10:00 pm after driving all day and did not have a room reserved after receiving a confirmation email saying everything was ready.

The staff was very pleasant and the beds were very comfortable with great pillows. I would stay there again on my next trip to Tallahassee.

Cons:

I liked everything about hotel , great breakfast . They even gave out popcorn during afternoon and offered complimentary snacks from 5:00 to 7:00

Bed was comfortable, pillows should be harder more supportive. Clean friendly desk staff.

Cons:

Black woman with glasses in dining area making pancakes snapped at us for asking a question. It was 3 min. To 7 and we were there to grab a coffee before heading out and she snapped " Not til 7, we're not set up yet". We said fine and left without anything. Everything was fine until we encountered this person.

Location on the highway. Very noisy traffic at night and it was difficult to sleep well with the traffic noise
