Great but not quite excellent
Pros:

It was a lovely property, the first floor had many amenities including Starbucks along with hot food avail at 2 different times and until 10 pm

Cons:

The room appeared clean but on closer inspection there were some areas for improvement, also for how much the rooms cost 2ply toilet paper should be included not cheesy 1ply, also the TV had ability to see restaurants nearby including the bistro in the hotel, but no menus were included to tell what was served or prices

Itd have been such a relief to have a kid’s menu at the bistro so that after a verrrrry full day of travel i didnt need to travel further to get food for the kids too because i would have chosen bistro food for myself as well as my husband - seems like its not very many families that come in, so there is a chance this is entirely personal; i will accept that.

The bathroom was not clean, poop on the fro t of the toilet. The front desk came up with a rag and wiped it off.

Our first time at this property.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable.
Most of the staff were very friendly.
The property was very clean for most part.

Cons:

The bistro was not very good.
The cleaners did not do a very good job on the metal surfaces, it looked horrible. Like they just sprayed it and let it run down, and never tried to wipe it down.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Grosse und saubere Zimmer. Kostenlos Parkieren. Schneller Check in und Check out! Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal! Vor allem Alyse vom Frontdesk war super freundlich und hat uns sogar bei einem Problem mit dem Mietwagen geholfen!! Thank you so much Alyse!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel buchen!

This is a beautiful property!
Pros:

The breakfast had to be purchased. It was very good but rather expensive. Only 1 person was there to take orders, make special coffee drinks and breakfast. She was excellent, but really needed 2 people to speed up service.

Enjoyed pool and hot tub.
