Pros:

Loved our stay here. Super close to so many great restaurants. The property and pool were gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly. Would 100% stay here again.

The art was amazing! The water in the aluminum cans and the beverage refill was great. I loved the French restaurant downstairs.
The room was clean, clean and my housekeeper delivered every day.

Buyer be aware that they place a 175.00 a day hold on your cc.I stayed for 4 days so do the math. They charge 60.00/ night for parking. They have a self parking at 5.00 per hour but the parking lot is shared with EOS gym which makes it difficult to find parking. It's very very frustrating.
I took in a spa day on my birthday! The massage therapist was great! The spa was small and underwhelming. I was greeted with a rose and a glass of champs along with a gift and thoughtful written note from the spa concierge.
Interesting thing the pool opens until 10! The Thompson offers a hotel car and driver who can take you anywhere within a 3 to 4 mile radius.
Too bad I learned about it on my last day.
Maven the coffee and bar spot was a great addition.
Just a word of advice to Thompson
Let folks know you are charging 42.00/a day fee and placing a hold on cc for each day then deducting 100.00 a day for fees and parking.
In my 58 years a hoteling, I must say this is the first time I checked out owing.
I live in Vegas with lots of staycations so you can imagine my gag.
One more thing, you staff don't wear name tags and I recall names when I see it in writing so I can shout out your staff.
