Parking lot attendant was rude, restaurant was closed for an event, room was ok, sunset and sunrise was amazing.

Very high price for a desolate feeling kind of place. room was clean, however being one of maybe 3 guests at a massive facility felt pretty creepy.

The outside pool was huge! Enjoyed the DJ and bar on Saturday at the pool, as well as the band thst evening in the restaurant. The bathroom in the room was very small, especially the shower stall. Loved the lake view from the room. Would have liked to play mini golf, but the course has not been maintained.

The resort is a bit dated but they are making an effort to update it. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an ice machine on our floor, but the rooms didn't have any water bottles so you have to bring your own. They did have a fridge, microwave and coffee. Our first day there was no hot water to take a shower, but the next day the water was so hot it was scalding. The view of the lake was awesome! The restaurant served ok food and the Sunday brunch, although it had a nice selection, not everything was great. The crab was dry. The scones were delicious! I have an electric car, and although they had free level 2 charging, out of the 3 spots only one was working, so it was hit or miss whether or not it was available. There is no fast charging anywhere else in the area that I could find. There are no restaurants close by, you have to drive to find something outside of the hotel's restaurant. The staff was friendly and it was nice that they had music at the restaurant. It was very hot out (over 100), so being outside by the pool was not our idea of fun, but for those that could tolerate it, the pool area was very nice. We were there for a wedding and the wedding at the gazebo was beautiful, and the use of the private room worked out great. The food was delicious for the reception. Overall, a very good stay. Too long a drive to do again just for fun, but if there were a reason to go, I'd do it again.

It felt like bait and switch. The property looked gorgeous on the web site and there were 3 restaurants. My stay was Monday-Wednesday and I learned on arrival that the restaurants are only open Thursday-Sunday. It is in an isolated area so there was a 25 to 30 minute drive to get to an area that had restaurants. My room was a very standard motel like room with a small window overlooking a parking lot (and then the lake). I’m a pretty easy traveler, but the shower was the worst shower I have ever encountered. It was extremely tiny with a faucet that did not control the water temperature, which was scalding hot. I ended up using the ice bucket and the sink to wash and rinse in the shower.
The pool was lovely, and the pool area was very pleasant, but the remainder of the day was truly awful. I do hope that they can get their act together and reestablish what was once a thriving resort, but I’m not getting my hopes up, and will not be staying there again.

Overall the rooms were pretty good. Cute little lake theme and nice bed and tv. Shower was very tiny and could use an upgrade. The restaurant there had decent food but the service and staff appeared to not know how to work in the food industry. Some days took longer for food or a server to come back to our table and this was during slow times. I feel like they could use better training and maybe another restaurant option.

Tv lost. WiFi lost signal many times and then shut off. Could not connect to WIFI. Bar and restaurant closed at three. Beds are uncomfortable. I will never stay here again

It was not kept up well. The outside of the room and ground had so many weeds and spiderwebs it was gross. The room smelled funny and just wasn’t very nice. It was way over priced

The resort is very large and is being slowly renovated. The outdoor stairs to the room were creaky and the banister had splinters. Horrible curb appeal. The room itself was fine . The bathroom was very basic and shower was old and very very small.

The pool is oriiginal and lovely.

I had very fond memories of this hotel from 40 years ago. Hotel was very overpriced.

The suite comes with a large living room and a small full kitchen. The view is incredible. Highly recommended

Slow area. Good for relax quiet resting.

The property is not up kept well at all. Our room was full of spiders and spider webs. The windows and floors were filthy and the balcony was filthy and full of spiders. The staff was wonderful and did what they could to help us but it never stopped the spiders unfortunately. The decks on the front side were in bad shape and filthy and had a lot of spiders and webs. It was just so disappointing! And when I left a message for the hotel manager he never responded. Very disappointing. This property used to be nice but it's gone way down hill. I won't stay here again.

The reception area was nice. However, the room and the building had numerous spiderwebs and dirty cobwebs that had been there for a very long time. There were numerous spiders in the room and the outside around the room, the door frame, etc., had dirty debris and lots of spiderwebs. There have been no apparent attempt to make the space welcoming.

Too expensive for the condition & quality of the rooms. Garbage around the property especially the stairs.

The pool was wonderful. Our suite didn’t not have Wi-Fi so the TV didn’t work. In the kitchen, the stove didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work, and the coffee pot didn’t work. They did bring a new microwave and it took two tries with a new coffee pot.
Also, I was told that I would get 50% of my money back and I have been home for a week and I have not received that yet nor have I received $150 room deposit. I would stay there again. It definitely needs work and the staff is definitely trying.

225 dollars for dinner and drinks the meat was rotten and uncooked I nibbled twice and just didnt touch it afterward it smelled like a fart and was raw seriously. The Salmon was tough as leather and dry they do not have any regard for quality at all.

Their bartender is not a professional and does not know how to make a drink at 15 dollars a pop i had 4 but i can drink anything and laugh about it.

No continental breakfast at all and there should be. Hair dryer doesn't work. Spiders behind toilet. Bugs everywhere. Rundown place.

The roasted vegetables and mashed taters were scrumptious. The bed and pillows wonderful and clean linnen.

What can i expect at 465 dollars for a 2 day stay? The staff are wonderful people but cooking and bar tending i wanted to go show them how to do it soooo badly but embarassing them worse wouldn't go over well.

Oh.....only decaf coffee in the morning. Oh my gosh major sin.....had to go to the office for real coffee.

No phone in the room use your own cell or travel to the office.

In conclusion.....I will never come back and i feel nobody should come here unless you enjoy a comedy of errors because thats all we got out of it. Sad because once upon a time this place was amazing.

It should have stayed closed. It should be closed.

Never again.
