Flies are horrible
Pros:

The staff was ok

Cons:

We had flies in our room to the point they were smacking us in the forehead flying around it smelt like something dead asked to move rooms and they want to put us in the room right beside it which was just as bad took me 4 rooms before I was ok with it enough to sleep for a night

I booked a queen, he wanted to put me in a king. I ended up with a double. No chair. And no desk chair. The only other thing was if you're going to pay extra for a kitchenette with stove sink and microwave. Why are there no utensils? Not that I used any of that but I did have to squeeze out my jello to eat it. I wouldn't pay extra for all that.

Staff was helpful and hospitable and good to work with to make adjustments to the room. Thankful to have breakfast on location.

Cons:

AT first, we had a room on the ground level, but the smell of M J was too powerful, so we requested to move. The one given was on the second floor, and with our age and condition, was a burden. The motel is dated but maintained well. The pool is an attraction for families and the location is easy off the highway.

The misrepresentation of it being a "suite" style room. There was no cooking utensils, no way to cook unless you went and bought pots and pans. The room smelled disgusting, the bathroom smelled horrible, they charge you a deposit they don't speak on up front.

The room was nice but the service here is absolute shit. They’re very rude and they charge you extra money when they don’t need to and act like they can’t change it and they know damn well they can. The lady upfront the younger one with glasses was so rude and you could tell just because I wasn’t paying a full deposit. I was able to get a discount. She was so mad and wanted me kicked out and wanted to keep charging me more money and they were speaking in a different language and I had my Google translator ready. They got lucky that they stopped and they told me that I have to be out. They will not rent me another room or anything not even online. I just wanted my money back. I spent over $400 on an $80 room, highly upset and I’m homeless now it’s back to sleeping in the streets until I can get my money back.
