Love the hotel and we’ll be back
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Columbia and we stay here frequently. My only issue with this hotel is the water leaks all over the bathroom floor while you shower. It happens in every room we’ve stayed in. We mentioned it to the staff when the hotel was brand new and we were told someone was coming back to fix that issue but it still continues. It’s not enough to make me stay somewhere else but it is an annoyance.

Heerlijke kamers in een fijn hotel.
Pros:

De kamer was ronduit prachtig. We waren met zijn vijven, op andere locaties was de kamer soms krap maar hier was dat prima. Ook de bank die als vijfde bed functioneerde beviel goed. Fijn dat er ook gewassen kon worden!

Cons:

We waren twee weken op reis en het ontbijt was overal het zelfde. Na twee weken wafels verlangden we soms naar wat anders. Crackers bij het ontbijt of wat vleeswaren en een plakje kaas zou geholpen hebben. We miste uiteindelijk wel een zwembad en een bar. In Orlando hadden we ervaren hoe fijn het was dat in het hotel te hebben. Zeker op een plek die wat verder van het centrum ligt.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room had so much space and was very comfortable.

Cons:

Front desk was not very friendly. My 80 year old mom spilled water while we were checking in and the front desk clerk watched as she cleaned it up, even others and myself helped.

Very nice hotel, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. The room was completely dark and very quiet. The room is larger than other similar hotels. The staff was amazing. Breakfast had some good items but choices were limited compared to other hotels in same price range.

Cons:

Not a fan of the bathtub shower because it is slippery and not safe for some older visitors. The bathroom sliding door is semi-see-through which is not ideal for some visitors.
