Pros:

This property was a joke! Homeless inside, no actual restaurant, no valet, everything was do it yourself! We had an emergency right when we got there and had to go straight back home we spoke to the staff and got denied a refund even a partial refund… horrible horrible do not stay here it looks like a motel 6 I’m glad we had to go back home !!

שדרשו בכל לילה חיוב נוסף מעבר לתשלום עבור החדר בבוקינג של עוד 200$ עבור נזק במידת הצורך. החיוב כן מבוצע ואז צריך לחפש אחרי מספר ימים שאכן זיכו אותך חזרה

Absolutely do not stay here.
Cons:

Where was a wedding at the pool. I would never make a reservation here if I knew that there will be so loud music. People were screaming next to my window. After 10pm there was still such a noise! It was a scandal. We were tired after long trip. This hotel looks on photos like charming place. It is a normal motel next to the busy street. Check in is on the parking! It is a joke. Absolutely overprice.

Great location, lovely hotel.
Pros:

We loved our room here, we only stayed one night on a road trip through the US but we wished we had allowed more time for palm springs. We loved the hotel, it was so clean and the rooms were so spacious.

Cons:

No complaints.

Pros:

My stay here was just OK. The room was nice but much smaller than an average hotel room. The bed mattress sunk in and seemed worn out so sleeping wasn’t my favorite part of this trip. But the balcony was large & spacious. It was mentioned welcome drinks are given upon arrival, however it was misleading as 1) you had to ask 2) the concierge mentioned it wasn’t an alcohol beverage. However, he was nice enough to ask the bartender to make us margaritas anyways. Overall would rate this experience 3 out of 5.
