Excellent!! Extremely comfortable! A wonderful corner apartment! Bathroom is excellent too
Nothing. For me is all perfect
When we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 p.m., our room was not ready. We were asked to wait for an extended period of time at the front desk, and while I was being assisted, several staff members who appeared to be changing shifts were talking loudly, laughing, and having conversations among themselves. This felt quite unprofessional for a hotel that aims to provide a high-end experience.
Later, once we finally went up to the room and decided to visit the pool bar, we noticed that there was no updated menu available. The only response we received was that they were “working on it.” There were no visible prices, only two drinks listed, and everything else had to be asked about without any clear indication of cost.
Additionally, both the pool and the bar closed at 8:00 p.m., and there was no other type of entertainment available within the hotel afterward, which is quite disappointing for guests expecting a full resort-style experience.
On another occasion, when I approached the valet parking area, one of the attendants asked if I was simply dropping something off at the hotel because I was holding a bag. I found that comment to be unnecessary and in poor taste.
I will say that the rooms themselves were charming, and the room service was good. However, overall I feel it was a mistake to trust this hotel for such an important occasion as my anniversary. It is disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for an experience where, in my opinion, the quality of service does not match the price.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, and I honestly do not believe it meets the standard expected of a five-star property.
Location and staff
A little pricey.
Room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was loud- could hear the traffic even though we were on the 12th floor. Room was also very cold, and we could not increase the temperature above 72F.
Sexy
We chose the hotel because of its proximity to American Airlines Center and because it is in the Harwood District.
We love everything about the property.
The hotel’s design is very stylish, modern, and visually impressive. The atmosphere feels fresh and well curated, and the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.
For a hotel positioned at this level of luxury, some maintenance details were disappointing, such as visible paint stains on the bathroom door frame and a lack of proper supervision. The shower design caused water to flood the bathroom due to insufficient drainage. Breakfast was very basic for the price, and being served only two cups of coffee instead of a full pot felt underwhelming given the cost.
The staff was very friendly and warm. We were greeted by name and everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. While sitting at the rooftop bar looking over the city, a staff member even came over and started pointing out areas of interests and gave us a brief history of the area. As we left the hotel that evening, he went out of his way to acknowledge us.
There was nothing that could have been better. Everything was wonderful.
Amazing hidden gem. Exceptional service and top Notchn dining experiences. Close to the American Airlines Center. Highly recommend.
Everything
Everything. We were warmly greeted and the entire staff was exceptional. Our room was great and the amenities were great. We ate breakfast on the 20th floor with wonderful views, great food and a great staff.
Water pressure was a little low in the shower but that was not a big deal.
Had our wedding in The Library and Baboos. Incredible service, staff was the very best; attentive, kept the glasses full and the food coming! Can’t think of a more romantic venue!
The service was extremely lackluster, it definitely ruined our stay. Started off with missing items from a pre-arrival special order for my girlfriend. I called and nothing got addressed (they did not even remove the missing items from my charge). We bought a expensive bottle of champagne and asked for ice twice over an hour, none came. So we had to drink the warm champagne before our fancy celebration dinner. None of the staff addressed any of this or apologized until I checked out.
