I had a pleasant stay overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the great location.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. They assisted me with information and taxis whenever I needed help.
The restaurant and bar staff, as well as the manager, were extremely kind and attentive. The food was very good, and the breakfast was excellent — I definitely recommend it.
The location is outstanding, very close to many major attractions in the area.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and the mattress was of poor quality.
The room was very small and would not be suitable for two people.

Cette mauvaise expérience nous a gâché notre séjour.

Cons:

À l arrivée à l hôtel j apprends que ma réservation est annulée. Le prélèvement d’un acompte a été refusé par ma banque. Carte refusée. Ça n’etait pas prévu le règlement devait se faire à notre arrivée. D’autant plus que ma carte est toujours valide. J ai été obligé de refaire une réservation via booking bien sûr pas au même prix. Ensuite qq jours après je vois sur mon compte un prélèvement de 159 dollars via la carte qui soit disant ne marchait pas. Sans aucune demande préalable. L hôtel a décliné cette opération et ma réclamation auprès de Booking est à ce jour sans reponse.
