Amazing location and beautiful modern design, the staff was great and gave us water as we needed without paying extra.

A great location, three different subway stops within a few blocks, very quiet, and comfortable beds.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel where the shower is not cleaned. My first stay I had to remove the body wash from the wall and unscrew the pump to get product out, and left it on the floor of the shower. The next day when I came back to the room, the bottle was in the same spot and body wash wasn’t refilled.
This time, a washcloth I had used and left folded in the corner of the shower on the floor was still in the same spot the next day, with amenities not being refilled again. I brought it up to the front desk and was told that it would be brought up with housekeeping. I love this hotels location, but it’s concerning that the shower isn’t being cleaned at all.
