VERY good hotel
Cons:

The only places to sit in the room were the bed or a pouf. There is no chair with a back; great for younger people, but for us 50+ folks it's murder on the back. Liked eveything about the room except the backache I went home with.

The views, the room cleanliness, the staff, the daily allowance $$ they give you for their cafeteria, how quiet the room was even though it was straight in times square. Incredible location.

Αγενές προσωπικό, μας πέταξε την κάρτα του δωματίου και δεν ενημέρωσε καν για τις παροχές με αποτέλεσμα να τις χάσουμε. Ηρθε ένα μήνυμα την τελευταία ημέρα και φυσικά δεν μπορούσαμε πια να τις εκμεταλλευτούμε. Διεκπεραίωση μόνο και καθόλου ευγένεια.

Great central location and value for money
Pros:

Great location for all things central, clean room and was quiet. Friendly staff too.

It’s a quite modern hotel and the rooms were clean, not perfectly clean but acceptable.

Cons:

We payed extra for a better room with view and it’s absolutely not like advertised on the website. There was no view. It’s so close to Time Square that in the night you can see blinking lights from the billboards inside the room, even with blinds and closed eyes. It’s also noisy from the street. The location is so touristy and annoying, streets are really crowded. Lobby is small and always full of people. Stuff is not friendly and lacks problem solving attitude. We paid extra for the package that includes for example city bike credit. The credit doesn’t work and codes are used up and the hotel team doesn’t know what to do and how to solve it. They just say they are sorry.
