Didn't eat breakfast as it was not too appetizing. Very prefabricated food. Offer a rate that doesn't include breakfast. I hate paying for something I don't use/eat.
Offer single serve wine & beer for purchase in your fridge section so guests don't have to leave the hotel after a long day of driving.
Close and easy in and out for traveling.
I left my dogs crocs in the room after I had started the trip home. Called to ask if they were turned in, but, they weren't. I had found and turned in a man's wallet a couple days before. You'd think the cleanup staff would have turned in dog shoes that didn't belong to them. Very disappointing 😞
The location was so close to the airport, the room was large and it was clean. No bugs.
How expensive the treats were, the pillows, and the air conditioner was noisy. We also did not get breakfast because we left so early, there should be some trade off for that.

Because of other customer needs, I was upgraded to a king suite, at no cost. Wow. Also, I was appreciative of the person at the desk who worked with me and the flight schedule I had as I made my way late at night back to ABE.
I guess the price was was more than I often pay for accommodations, but I understand that location, the facility itself, and staffing all contribute to the cost. And I think I got a great room for the money.
Spacious one bedroom suite. Plenty of area for 4 adults and 2 under 2 kids. Great breakfast! Comfortable sofa bed mattress.
We are local to the area but chose to spend a weekend at Home 2 Suites to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and have some time away from kids and fur babies! I am very happy I chose this hotel, it was exceptionally clean from the moment you walked through the main entrance you could smell a pleasant fresh smell in the air. The room also was clean and accommodating with everything we needed. Breakfast was very accommodating as well with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was always pleasant as well. Didn't use the gym but looked very nice in there and the pool area was very well kept and clean along with the water being at the perfect temperature and not cold at all. Will definitely be back in the future and even bring the kids this time for a little weekend away from home!
Wish the luggage carts were a bit bigger, had to make 2 trips.
The property was clean and comfortable. I was traveling solo, there was plenty of space in the room, and I felt safe at this location. The breakfast bar had a good variety of breakfast options.
Like the location stuff are alright the suites are nice and clean
Whe. I was leaving by 2 am it was a homeless guy naked peeing between the doors entrance and the I saw he went inside and no one stopped him that could be dangerous
Clean, beds were comfortable; divider with bedroom and living room with sofa bed was perfect for our family of 3
