Pros:

The Gym was great- had a bunch of options. Very impressed with the amount of machines. Room was great. There were great breakfast options. I really enjoyed that there was a non-pork option each morning.

Cons:

The Wifi kept cutting out in the room and I had to keep shutting it off.

This is a well thought out hotel. Plenty of space and cleanliness. Love th extra added touch for kitchen area.

The staff. The check in process was unacceptable. The member were more concerned in trying to impress another customer when checking me in Felt like she was trying to get a date with the other customer rather than paying complete attention to checking me in

Great stay overall
Pros:

Breakfast is good, rooms are nice size and clean. Staff always friendly.

Cons:

A bit more fruit in the breakfast. Price is a bit high.

Great service in a convenient location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location, near hospital, airport, etc. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room sufficient - clean, comfortable, in working order. The text check ins with the staff were really helpful knowing if I needed anything or had a question they were available to me. Complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby at all times was a really nice touch. Large room with plenty of space to work or relax.

Cons:

The room layout was kind of odd with open upper shelves instead of cabinets and unusual use of curtains to separate bed from living room area, as well as over the closet instead of a door. Not sure what that's about but it's just unusual rather than an actual problem. Not as sleek a room as other Home2Suites I've stayed at.

We travel to crayola quite often, will definitely be back to stay here!

Had a great stay, would definitely come back
Pros:

The room was a great size, full kitchenette with apartment sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, real china and glassware. Facilities were very clean, the elevator is really nice, you barely feel the movement and always smelled amazing. The pool was sooo warm, it was like a bath, myself, my husband, and my kids all loved that. The gym is a good size, not a tiny little space. The breakfast was good, not a crazy variety, but definitely enough. My only complaint, and it was minor, was the mattress wasn’t that comfortable, but it wasn’t horrible. And the AC was very cold, it wasn’t hard to get a good stable temperature in the room bc it either felt a little too cold or too warm. Other than that, great stay, great hotel, would definitely stay again
