Nice place good location, clean rooms, comfortable sleeping
Pros:

Convenient location, spacious rooms,comfortable beds

Cons:

One of the staff (female) was rude the minute we walked in the door. We were taking some towels upstairs for the pool and she told us not to that we could take the when we come back down. This was a little shock and considering we just checked in.

La instalaciones y la limpieza

Cons:

Las atenciones del personal. 6 televisiones en la piscina y no son capaces nisiquiera por que estamos en la copa Mundial de futbol poner los juegos para que las personas los vean y no aceptan que los clientes llevemos comida y bebida a la piscina sin embargo el servicio para uno pedir algo es pesimo nunca hay personal para uno pedir nada ni de comer ni de beber. Una señora de edad avanzada que no se si es encargada o que cargo tiene trata muy mal a los clientes no se si es por raza o por color pero su trato para con los clientes es muy malo

Great place if you don't mind forced Valet
Pros:

Great location, Attentive and friendly staff.

Cons:

Forced to valet park and leave keys. Didn't have access to car when I wanted. Needed to wait for space in front to drop off car.

Presidential suite only had door on one bedroom. 2 bedrooms off kitchen and living area had no doors so did not make sense

Pros:

I love that the pool was heated. I loved the room in general. Very spacious. Staff was great.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, the floors were not sweeped or mopped from prior stay, hair in the bathrooms.

Great stay!
Pros:

Loved the staff, location, how big and clean rooms were, pool area

Cons:

No pressure in shower, maybe get different shower heads. The music from bar downstairs was loud and so was outside. Loud people in hallways
