FANTASTIC with a little more room for improvement.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, Kitchen amenities, Pool area, Superb Location just 5 minute walk from the boardwalk, Valet service

Cons:

The shower head in both bathrooms was pretty old with a sharp stream resulting in the shower experience below par.

We loved staying at the Seaport Suites and will definitely be staying again
Pros:

We rented the 2 bedroom premier room with 2 bathrooms for 4 adults and it was very spacious. We loved that about the rooms.

Cons:

My only complaint was my Keurig stopped working the day before we left

Één grote teleurstelling !!!
Pros:

Locatie was fantastisch receptie personeel was ook erg plezierig, en de grote van de kamers was super.

Cons:

De hygiëne was echt matig tot slecht. Zwembad durfden we niet eens in . Wij snappen dan ook echt niet hoe ze een 8 hebben gekregen op booking.com. want dat verdienen ze echt niet !!! We hadden 2 nachtjes geboekt met optie om langer te blijven. Maar naar 1 nacht wilde we weg. Megaaaaaa veel geluidsoverlast van dronken figuren en tot 01:00 am schreeuwende en rennende kinderen op gang en muren en plafonds die te dun zijn . En dat voor bijna $ 350,00 dollar per nacht. Dus absoluut niet waard !!!

A half assed attempt at being a reaort
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

They are trying to be a resort but fall short. Tiki bar closed. Maid carts filled with dirty towels greet you off the elevator. They charge $3 for pour your own coffee.

Super, mais pour le prix, 1500$ canadien pour 3 nuits, j’aurais pu avoir le Ritz à Montréal !!
Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre pour une famille de 5 était excellente!! On ne se pilait pas sur les pieds! Deux lits Queen confortables. La cuisine manquait qu’un grille-pain mais je l’avais apporté car j’avais vu les critiques sur ce point. On a pu déjeuner tous les matins ds la chambre.

Cons:

Devoir réserver et payer le pourtour de la piscine les divans qu’on voient sur la photo ne sont pas gratuits! J’avais réservé 3 nuits avec booking.ca et quand j’ai voulu ajouter une nuit avec eux (l’hôtel) c’était plus cher! Pourtant c’était un mercredi!

I like the rooms but they are not cleaned right and the price I pay every year is ridiculous to not have a clean room

Every year for the last three years, I spend a lot of money to stay there and it’s never cleaned right

I spend $3500 just for four nights every year and the rooms are not even clean right

Solid place! easy for families or responsible young adults

Location was great, Staff were friendly, clean cool building nice rooms and theme to the building

Cons:

only valet (no self parking)

2 smaller, slower old elevators were always crowded during day time

If you have people above you (my room was on floor 2) Your gonna hear them above you even late at night
