Overall, the room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job - 5 stars! Beds made, towels replenished and bathroom cleaned each day. The kitchenette was nice, there was a large (not quite full-size) fridge, counter and sink, and plenty of cabinet space. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great - large and plenty of lounge chairs. We had breakfast sandwiches from the lobby cafe one morning and it was hot and fresh. The hotel was just a short, convenient walk to the boardwalk, beach, games and parks. Shuttle is available to take you anywhere further away. Pickleball courts are about 10 mins away.
We didn’t realize there were no balconies at this hotel. This made the room feel confining but this was our fault for not confirming this detail. The Queen suite didn’t have good airflow from the bedroom into the living area so the living room was warm and the bedroom was chilly. We could hear every single step that our upstairs neighbor took. Not great insulation I guess. The front desk workers hardly ever look up to smile or say hello as you’re coming and going.
There is no breakfast and you have to walk more than 10 min to reach beach.
The room floors was not clean. The don’t have a coin dryer to dry beach clothes. Room AC was too loud
They held $200 over the price of the room and returned it after 24 hr of check out.
The location looks brand new and the pool is private and large enough for guests. The valet parking is convenient and the guys do an amazing job. I will stay there again next year.
No complaints I was very happy.
It was clean and good location
I didn’t like that I had to give my car keys due to parking situation in case they need to move my car. Kids upstairs also made a lot of running at 2am that kept me from sleeping. Walls were very thin.
How clean it was, security, large and spacious. Close walk to the beach. Nice area. Beautiful pool. Laundry in room.
The bedroom door in our room squeaked, but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed.
Almost everything was wonderful. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating (aside from one employee).
Attitude of evening parking attendant, she said something rude. When I called her out on it she followed me into the lobby screaming at me. Later I came through the lobby to overhear her and the receptionist talking badly about me.
Would have been nice to have a broom to clean up the sand.

The place was clean and the guarantee park spot
The false advertisement of food service and live music. When we get there we were told that it only happens on the weekend then had the nerve to ask for tips. Then we were told that wrist bands where for the pool only. Then my son gets questioned for not having it on while he was at the hotel. But then avoided me

Water pressure was horrible.
The location was perfect for our needs.
The beds were worn, and had permanent indentations. I couldn't tell if springs were broken or just worn out. There was no support on both sides of the bed.
Great location, spacious room. Very friendly staff.
Water temperature and pressure could have been better. Fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

I had some complaints and it took several attempts to get someone’s attention. It was an expensive hotel and offered amenities we didn’t receive. No housekeeping service several days in a row even though it was supposed to be done daily and i had to complain several times we needed towels and toilet paper and needed trash removed. Don’t feel like my complaints was heard or validated for $700 a night. I was given an excuse that we stayed during a busy weekend.
