Pros:

Location, staff, cleanliness, secure, activities.

Cons:

Room decor: black and bright green, no chair in room to sit, very small but usable sink. Extremely loud music on weekend from the lounge till 3am. The website did warn about the sound but you wouldn't know how loud it is until you experience it.

Great hotel & location with very friendly staff but be prepared for loud music late into the night.
Pros:

The location is great and convenient to downtown and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are incredible. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to please. Parking is very convenient whether you pay to park in the hotel lot or find parking on the streets.

Cons:

The sink in the room is very, very small with little space for bathroom supplies. The only other major issue is the loud music. The hotel is well known for it's vibrant bar and beautiful pool area, which attracts many locals as well as hotel guests. But the very loud music and heavy bass goes well into the early hours of the morning and can be heard in most rooms.

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel, and rooms. Great location to everything in downtown St. Pete.

Cons:

The nightclub is very loud, even at 1am in the morning. There is disclaimer when you book about the nightclub, so we were aware of it, but it's obnoxiously loud. Also be aware of the atmosphere of the hotel and the alternative lifestyle that is endorsed might be off putting to some people. We were not offended in anyway at all but to people who live in a box with blinders on might be a bit turned off by the late-night activities at the nightclub

Pros:

The rooms were clean and modern.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was not told by Booking.com that this was a gay hotel. Which sits above a gay bar. It didn’t bother me, but I am sure a lot of your customers would not like it. Just because it said adult only does not make it clear!
