A random girl pretended like room service and came thru our window

9.5/10, except no remote for the lights under the t.v couldn’t change them but 2nd time staying and i would stay again

The bedspread had stains on it or it was dirty. The room I booked they didn’t have when I got there. I was told that someone just came in and booked it and that my reservations that I made online don’t come through right away and someone booked a room that I’d already paid for Earlier in the day and he claim he gave me a good room and it would

Next door to a gentlemans club. Building was trashy, so didnt check in and trying to get money back

We didn't stay there, all rooms were rented by the hour all. I can’t believe you even have this on Expedia! We didn’t realize what it was until after he took our I’d & we signed he went to his computer for about 14 minutes BEFORE he gave us the key. He was making sure the payment was going through before he gave us the key!!! After we got the key, we took it right back to him, he was a scammer! We contacted you right away but you said said sorry it’s already in process, can’t do anything about it!!!!

Worst stay ever very uncomfortable for

My husband and I thought we were booking a nice hotel. This property had “hourly rates” posted in their lobby, indicating exactly what kind of hotel this is. We saw several rooms and all reeked of pot. Buyer beware. After asking for a refund, which was denied by the Imperial hotel as well as by Hotels.com, we left this property, and found a decent hotel 1/2 a mile away.. I will not recommend using either Hotels.com and will not continue booking through them as they allow a property of this nature on their site.

I’m disgusted and wish to warn anyone or any family what you are in for if you book through Hotels.com or this hotel.

Dirty and rude staff

Even if it was free next time, I wouldn't stay there.
No ice
No hangers just three hooks on a wall
No inside chain of lock to secure the room
No chairs to sit on
No kleenex
No shower curtain
A person had to come to the room to set up the TV box.

This is not a property I expect from Expedia. For a parent traveling with a kid - you did not inform that it is an adult hotel. I need you to refund my entire money and more. I had to immediately get out and drive for 3 hrs to find a decent hotel in a decent location. The stress you caused me especially because there were no hotels for over 15 miles.

The lights was awesome! But there was no tables or chairs so had to strictly sit just in bed. Floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet and stuck to wearing flip flops. Mold was in the shower. Holes in the wall and the door knob was broke. It was a good time but wont be returning.

I didn't arrive for my stay. Family emergency. Trying to get my refund for the other 2 days

Front desk was very friendly and hospitable. Rooms was immaculate. I enjoyed my stay. Best low key motel I have came across in a while.
