Charming
I love it there! Very comfortable and clean.
This is a boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Shared full-size kitchen and laundry. Proprietor is very responsive to your questions and concerns. He is a a phone call, text, or email away. Residents of the area are friendly. Lyndonville, NY is convenient located midway between Buffalo and Rochester. Near the Historic Erie Canal, Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, and Toronto, Canada.
I love staying there. I cannot wait to go back.
Great place, super comfortable, check in was a breeze, amazing shower/bathroom & owner was super nice. Cute little cafe located downstairs for morning coffee’s. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in that area
This is a very unconventional arrangement for a hotel. It does not even have a reception desk. The owner, who lives remotely, provides entry and room door combinations. Fortunately, he reached me via phone when I was on the road. IMO, however, booking services (e.g., trivago, expedia) need to ascertain that as part of the booking process and forewarn clients of the unconventional nature of this place.
This was my sexond stay there. It is conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean, quite, overall great place. Would stay again and will recommend
Very pretty town! Cute and unique property! Clean and relaxing rental!
The property was very clean and quaint. There was a common kitchen on the floor, which was nice. The ability to enter the building could be a headache at times - no key, just a couple of codes and the lock didn’t accept them every time. Frustrating! Also, the first floor cafe we were told about was not open and there were no decent restaurants nearby.
No staff present. All done remotely.
Hidden gem- impeccable restoration of an historic property.
One suggestion- a little maid service would be good. Not a big deal but would be appreciated.
We would definitely return.
First time there..I will stay again..recommend highly!
This hotel offered a unique experience. Clean private and quaint. Very enjoyable!!
Check in very smooth. Response from the host is very good. Room very clean and very comfortable bed.
My experience at the Webber Hotel in Lyndonville, NY was amazing.
Rooms are very clean and quite.
Beautiful, modern renovations. Love the shared kitchen concept. I stayed in the Blue Room. I cant wait to try the others. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area
Felt a little incomplete - like this was a new hotel that was still adding to the rooms. Wished there was a blow dryer in each room instead of one for all to share. Colored doors to designate which is which works for most but my husband is color blind so that was difficult for him.
Neat property. Enjoyed our stay.
This property won a Phoenix Award for its achievements in renovating an older structure into a series of spacious rooms with modern conveniences (including numerous outlets for electronics). A community kitchen furnished with m/w, refrigerator, plates, extra linens, and even a washer & dryer, was a special surprise.
The surrounding buildings are still in need of renovation and parking isn't clearly identified, but the area appeared safe. The property is just a few miles south of Lake Ontario so this could be a convenient place to stay if visiting the nearby parks along the lakefront.
It was nice to find such an upscale hotel in a rural area. We were visiting family and would stay again any time!
The hotel room we stayed in (Blue Room) was completely refurbished. LOVED the huge TV. The air conditioning was first-rate. So quiet in back of the building overnight. The shower was spacious and it's always nice to have a shower head that's up high. The big kitchen was a plus. We re-froze our cooler ice blocks overnight. Bed was firm, yet comfy. Really nice to have a coffee shoppe right. Next. Door! The vanilla latte is wonderful. If we ever come back to Lyndonville, we won't hesitate to re-book another night's stay here.
