Pros:

Beautiful room, very clean, warm baked cookies at checkin were a lovely touch. Water and ice to refill our hydroflasks on every floor were a great idea. The breakfast bar had a great selection. We will definitely stay here again.

Centrally located Show Low hotel.
Pros:

Property is beautiful and very convenient to all the amenities. Patio is beautiful to sit and relax with a cup of coffee and a beautiful view. We have stayed here twice and both times had a great experience.

Cons:

We love Marriott hotels. One thing that surprised us was the bed was soft/squishy. Usually we have excellent beds with Marriott.

Nice location, conveniently located.
Pros:

Great location. Breakfast both days I was there was very good.

Cons:

Cost for room was high. Did not get the Booking.com rate.. Room was noisy, floor creaked, sounded like water running noticeably in bathroom. Could hear my neighbors a lot. When I went for breakfast my last day there, I was locked out of my room and the room temp turned up noticeably.

Hotel staff were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good.
Pros:

Great location. Several restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable due to it firmness. The shower was leaking a lot of water outside the door while showering causing us to lay our towels down and then having to ask for more towels to dry with.

Disappointed. I expected better from Marriott based on my previous stays at other hotels.
Cons:

Room size with a king bed was very cramped. Apparently a pet was having gastrointestinal issues and the hall carpet on the third floor had pet feces in a number of places. For the price of the room I expected much better. The food at Pitalian was overpriced and fair quality.
