Not what I would expect from a Marriot from a customer service prospective.
Pros:

Breakfast and housekeeping staffs were very responsive and courteous. Room was bright and clean but only had housekeeping every other day.

Cons:

Housekeeping every other day and night front desk attendant was very not very welcoming and gave us impression that we were impatient when we asked for bedding for my son who was traveling with us.

The staff was immediately welcoming which was great after a 30hr drive. The hotel was quite and very clean. Breakfast was always fully stocked and good.

Perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

The location was very easy to reach. The lobby was clean and bright. The amenities were in great shape. Staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

There could have been clear signs for exit to parking lot. Wish the breakfast started an hour earlier on Sundays.

Nice room but terrible breakfast
Pros:

The room was great and the facilities in the room were perfect.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were soggy but worst of all was that the oatmeal was burnt. Nothing was nice and it was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

Cons:

Very poor signage. Nothing at front door to identify it -- is it a Fairfield Inn or a Townepoint Suites; or a Sheraton? We drove around the building trying to find any signage that we were in the right place!!

A decent place
Pros:

Wasn't get to off highway

Cons:

Too much scent left in room after cleaning, had to crack open window.
It's right off a highway so be careful.
Restaurant closed "for renovation"
