A comfortable accommodation with all the necessities for an extended stay.
Pros:

Location is great for me as my work is very close by. The room is perfect size and has just what I need for my extended stay until I find a permanent residence. The staff at the desk has been very kind and professional and helpful while I have been staying here.

Pros:

Location is convenient.

Cons:

The bed was squeaky. Every movement was noisy, and it was too low to be ADA compliant. Also, the rubber mattress pad was hot and crinkly.

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to how staff handled the situation and the unfair treatment we received from Dj

I love the location and the amenities they had inside.

Cons:

The biggest issue was how the staff handled a false accusation that I smoked inside the room. I did not smoke and explained this to the staff, but my explanation was dismissed without any proper investigation. Management decided to remove us from the property without hearing my side or clearly explaining the decision. I felt unfairly treated and very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. However for the few months we’ve visited this property all other staff was amazing.

Was tired driving back home to AZ. Needed an affordable bed to rest and overall stay was perfect.
Pros:

Room looked and felt clean.
Check in - I think a new employee was being trained but overall very friendly.

Cons:

Invest in some better pillows.
Pillows were paper thin and not comfortable needed all 3 together to make like 1 pillow, had I have traveled with my wife, would have needed extra pillows.
