La habitación tenia un fuerte olor a cigarro, el monomando de la regadera no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado en muy mal estado, sonaba muy fuerte.

This was a very unpleasant experience
Cons:

I booked a King room, but upon arrival I was switched to a Queen. When I entered the room, I immediately noticed what looked like small red droplets on the floor and crumbs on the desk. In the bathroom, the tub was leaking onto the floor. The room was clearly not ready for turnover.

Additionally, the property did not feel secure. I did not see any exterior cameras, and there were individuals walking around the parked cars. Because of these issues, I chose to book another hotel in a safer area.

If my bed was not bad everything overall would have been great

My mattress didn’t fit correctly on the bed so I had to sleep on my side to not fall off

It was the wost hotel i have ever stayed at.

I would stay again. Just the little details about cleanliness can be attended.
Pros:

I liked the detail the attendant lady on front desk suggested a quiet spot and mentioned a better deal for a whole week. Kind personnel. I loved the view specially with the snow!

Cons:

Towels are a bit old it would be recommended to replace them. Zinc needed to be attended. Sheets needed to be washed or changed.
