Pros:

The location was great. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. And the had free airport shuttle

Cons:

The bar/restaurant was low on inventory but I’m assuming it was due to the weather.

It was reachable by Uber from the airport

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working in my room. When I went to the front desk to inquire about a different room, I was told I would be charged more and that it was my fault the air conditioning wasn't working. Front desk refused to help me find another room so I could sleep for 4 hours before heading back to the airport to try to get home. I left the property and never stayed here. I was in the building 10 minutes and they refused to help or give me a refund.

To top it all off Booking was useless on helping me get a refund. What is the point of even using them? You don't get a lower rate and you don't get any assistance. Conflict resolution is BS. They did nothing for me and the property refused to respond to either me or booking. So basically the property stole $160 from me and booking got their cut for doing absolutely nothing.
