Son un desastre, desde que mienten junto con Booking respecto a la ubicación del hotel, porque en el mapa figura a 750 mts de la estación de tren, la realidad es que están a casi 3 km. La recepcionista nos hecho del hotel cuando pedimos la cancelación de la hotel. Reclamamos en Booking la devolución y todavía luego de 7 días no recibimos respuesta alguna.

Not at all what we expected.
Pros:

The building interiors were nice. The bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The surroundings of the hotel were not what we expected. The booking.com map misplaced this hotel.
Personnel was ok, the front desk lady seemed high. The entrance smelled like weed. Breakfast was poor.

Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed

The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back!

Cons:

At check-in, we weren’t given any information about the Wi-Fi connection or the breakfast hours. It would have been helpful to receive this information upon arrival. the wait for the airport shuttle to the hotel was way too long about 40min. However shuttle from hotel to airport was quick about 2 min wait.

Nice hotel but somewhat sketchy location.
Pros:

For a better than budget hotel the facilities are nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Having the little snack shop in the lobby was a nice touch and though I didn’t use it there’s a restaurant on one of the upper floors.

It’s also only 10min from Newark Penn station and Newark airport which is very convenient and the main reason I chose it.

Cons:

It would have been good for them to have signage that explicitly states what floor the restaurant/bar is located on. I was only there for one night and opted to go into the city to meet up with friends and didn’t use it but all the promo posters in the hotel don’t tell you it’s on the 7th floor.

Also while the hotel itself is perfectly fine, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. So as a solo female traveler I wouldn’t recommend walking the neighborhood. I Uber’ed everywhere I needed to go.

Horrible
Pros:

The view from the room was nice.

Cons:

I ama New Yorker and I have traveled to multiple countries; this is the worst experience I have ever had. The fire alarm went off for 2 of 3 days. No support or directions from staff as to what to do or apologies.
