Not what I expected for the price. I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The convenience of the location being close by the airport as well as a variety to food restaurants.

Cons:

Staff customer service and room cleanliness.
My initial room given had pet hair in the beds, it was really bad in the pull out couch. My child has severe allergies to pet hair. When I requested another room the staff had an attitude. I ended up in a downgraded room because the other rooms similar to mine weren’t clean. My new room had a sink that appeared to be clogged.
It was fixed the next day.

Perfect stay with my family!
Pros:

The location is very quiet but still easy and close to where we needed to go. I felt very safe in the area! The staff, the rooms, everything was perfect!

Check in was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Lots of variety at breakfast.

Cons:

Had to really force the door closed to make it latch. Room was a bit noisy - construction guys hollering down the hall and loud cars/trucks driving by.

Cons:

We arrived at 4pm to find out that our room was not ready. The clerk scolded us for using a third party (booking.com), and would not estimate when our room would be ready. Then, they denied us a refund or cancellation and directed us to deal with booking.com. Despite purchasing travel insurance, they were only willing to refund 17% of the cost. Essentially, we go robbed by this hotel. No better than thieves. Might be a nice hotel, but they don’t want you if you book with booking.com. Stay away!
