Friendly staff
Nothing everything was great
It was close to where I was traveling
When I got into my room it smelled so bad like curry obviously the person before me was cooking because the dishes were still in the dishwasher. I went to the front desk asked to switch rooms but they didn't have a comparable room. Went to desk again after we came back from dinner and they said they could put an air purifier in there it never happened. Next morning went back to front desk and they said they would have maintenance call me about putting the air filter thing in there but I would not be allowed in the room for 3 hours. Guess what they never called by this time I was so annoyed I couldn't wait for my trip to be over. There was also a fire on my floor that we needed to evacuate for because another guest was cooking and started a fire. They had giant fans throughout the floor to air it out one being right next to my room you could imagine the loud noise it made when we needed to sleep. Obviously this was not a great experience I had in your hotel and my advice would be don't let people cook in there rooms take all the stoves out. I hope nobody else has this bad of an experience and maybe make sure the staff knows how to handle these situations.
The staff can do a lot better.
The room was great and the hotel itself was beautiful
The breakfast was disappointing. If breakfast is over at 10, the food should not stop being provided at 9:40. There were no eggs, mushy potatoes, and only 4 links of sausage. Perhaps it wasn't the norm, but it should never be the case.
Clean and comfortable. Right next to La Toscana, a great Italian restaurant.
Nothing
Very clear. Nice bed. New feeling.
$14/day parking fee nowhere near campus.
Good and Naomi the staff was a great help and very professional.
The beds
None
I like it was close to the business event I was at for two days. The beds were comfortable the breakfast was OK not a lot of choices. water in shower was hot.
I didn't like they charged a 14.00 parking fee on top of the room rate. The elevator were very slow. There was a room trash can out in the hallway and still was there when we checked out. Both the night attendant and morning attendant at front desk were not friendly and nice.
The hotel was located in close proximity to a lot of fast food and other restaurants, stores, and the freeway while maintaining a quiet, out of the way feeling. Everything we could've needed was within distance. Pool and gym were clean and quiet and breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Our second floor view was non existent. We could see the roof of the lobby and the tops of trees.
